Absolutely abysmal customer service!! First call provided no explanation or resolution. Visit to the store later the same day resulted in being told they can't do anything there as they really just are just sales ( not service). Second call the following day was equally useless. No one could confirm what had happened with the excess data usage that showed on my account over a 2 day period which maxed out my data. It should be noted that the 2 phone calls both tried to upsell me to a different plan. I have never used more than about 50% of my data in all the years I been with Koodo. Something clearly was amiss but all I kept hearing was it shows the usage & I can upgrade. Makes you wonder.......

Terrible, my question was not answered, my need was not even heard. Consultant was asking me irrelevant questions regarding my smartphone, which I have no problems instead of discussing my needs. Extremely dissatisfied.

This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with, I have tried all day to contact someone to help me cancel an account. I have waited since11 this morning for a return call that was set up with our local Koodo rep at the store. Shame on you for your ignorance in not taking care of your customers,

Been a customer for 8 years. Never had any issues. Today was the the worst. I just needed to talk with a real person not some virtual?????. Just trying to change my email and past word and get to see how my cost was calculated for this month.My cost was up over last months.it is now 822PM eastern time An still no contact just around an around an around.

Worst customer service EVER, it actually doesn't even exist. I'm out of the country and signed up with Koodo a few weeks before I left. I asked for automatic billing. I'm out of the country, checked my sim for messages and I have two months of billing due soon. I can't log in, can't get a callback as I'm using a foreign number because I'm not paying for a month of roaming, can't get help because the assistance is horrible. I can't pay my bill because I can't sign up online because I don't receive the code to my email - I've tried repeatedly. Utterly disgusted with the service and will be changing when I go home. Where is the email support?? ANYTHING?

This is unacceptable. I am not giving a credit card number or agreeing to any additional fee to get my refund.

I'm not impressed to have to pay for a new Sim card or that I have minimal coverage where I live.

I'm not impressed that by even staying a koodo customer with these issues, I'm still charged a reconnection fee for an upgrade to a phone I already purchased via koodo that died.

No offers were made to alleviate my issues, as, I pretty much self diagnosed what is wrong g with my equipment that is not on the reps script!

Furthermore, although I am sure your rep is a lovely girl, her phone mannerisms are not professional while continuously saying uhm, many times repeatedly. It makes communication with your representative frustrating!

I need to change my credit card because the one you had registered was stolen and was deactivated.
I've been trying online to fix this but eventually I get, service not available.

I recently had to change a charge card that was hacked. I registered a new card on the phone. Did not work so went to a Koodo store at eastgate square in Hamilton. Registered the card again. Now I got notified that my top up was unsuccessful. Please rectify this matter as soon as possible please.

Really? I can't speak to anyone in customer service without going through a process that is too confusing. So, if I can't pay my bill this month because I get an error code 500 (and don't have a problem with anything else) then it's their problem not mine. Terrible customer service.

Call back came through but when I pushed 1 for English and the phone simply began to ring. After 3:45 (three minutes forty five seconds) I hung up. Tried the Customer Service phone number and only got a recording saying please call again. Then attempted to call local Koodo store and phone went to voice mail.

Very bad customer service. Can't reach a live rep when you call Koodo phone number.
KOODO Assist is not helpful at all, very frustrating. KOODO Assist is completely off topic and do not answer questions asked.

Customers should be able to register on line directly as it's not that difficult.
Customer service number should ha ve a live rep ready to speak to you on phone when you call .

Want to express our admiration of two Koodo Agents from Masonville Mall, London, ON that served my wife and myself beyond our expectations today (December 29, 2022). They are Maria and Sarkis. Their display of professionalism and dedication was something we do not often see despite this was a very busy day for their booth. As a customer we felt our concerns were important and appreciated. Kudos to them both!

We were suppose to receive a call back today. We are on vacation in the Dominican Republic & turned on our phone to take the call that never came. What the heck We are being charged $15 a day waiting for a call that never came.

Customer service since you can,t talk with a live person anymore, Is useless, The same goes for there chat, Or koodo assist, There are constant problems trying to access certian items on the site,

Impossible to get through to Koodo customer service. Been 2 days trying to get answers to my issue. Not acceptable, will be discontinuing Koodo. The issue has left me with a broken phone, for which I was sucked into paying a monthly plan fee to cover repair. Now they're not available to advise and honour that plan. Done with them.

I'm severely irritated that I cannot speak to a person! I have been trying to talk with someone to cancel my deceased husbands account and requested call backs and "virtual assistants". I will NEVER recommend your company EVER due to the lack of customer service and sure as hell, will make sure he will not be paying for his bill from his grave!

VERY FRUSTRATING. Trying to TALK to someone about a charge on my bill and you can't talk to a person. If I wanted to text a computer for 20 minutes and then wait until tomorrow for a "phone appointment" it would be great- NOT.
