if there is any class below 3rd one so believe me your help line & customer service especially Karachi Nazimabad Branch deserve to acquire it. Really a poor service center giving only tension to customers.
its my experience which i am facing now that My outdoor unit is not lifted or repair till now last time on 08.09.19 a new technician of ken wood came & told us that may be possible that my invert-er PCB is damage & very next day of 10th Mohrram holidays ,i received a call from service team that they told me that PCB is not working properly in my inverter & estimated 14,000/- which i gave them permition to repair it but he didn't lift or repair my unit till now 15.09.19. Yesterday help line member brief me that the part which used in my unit is not available there in service center that's why they did not pick up unit if kenwood don't have a part then how can i get it from market if i repair from outside some other technician which i don't want it to do .
My simple question is for you please let me know when will my unit repair its almost a month to me having the same problem & after lots of help line call or technician visit i am still having a same position in which i stand last month of 21.08.19 when i did my first call to you .Please let me know now where i now complain .i have now no words to explain you my problem all i can understand that the RNI Nazimabad Karachi branch teasing me .its unfair to me as a your consumer till now i already paid against service charges ,lifting charges , visiting charges 4000/- but not got any result.
Take some serious action to resolve my problem on serious note .

Very poor service. My inverter split AC has gas leakage issue and its still under warranty. I made complaint 1 week back and still have to wait. Not recommended and worst customer service

My kenwood split A/c is stop working within 4 months of purchase. Kenwood authorized dealer in Pakistan provided worst response on my complain.

This is kenwood responsibility to make sure and maintain standards for products quality and service quality in all region/countries or we have to move on local manufactures in other case.

Kenwood used to have great customer service. They knew how to help you with your operation until about a year ago when they moved to Florida. They call them selves technicians but they really don't know the products. They put you on endless hold while they go read a manual. When they come back on the phone they give you information that does not work. I asked for a manager. The manager was of little help and when I ridiculed his operation compared to what it was a year ago, he terminated the call. I called California and could tell this Manager could care less. Their excuse: My unit is too old .. Wow. Quite an excuse for incompetence. When this unit needs replacement, it will not be a Kenwood. I refuse to support a company that does not back up their product services in a professional manner. Perhaps they need to rehire their employees that knew their job and cared!

I bought Kenwood washing machine model 950 in December 2015 from Hashoo Centre Saddar karachi, I am facing problem in new machine . When I contacted Shop they just told me to contact service cener. I have trying to contact many times, but no response. I think Kenwood faulty product supply in Pakistan .Customers are suffering a lot after the pay but with no service. Kenwood distributer and customer service centre only money making.

I bought Kenwood washing machine from Metro Mall karachi, it went out of order after two operations. When I contacted Mall they just told me to contact service cener. I have trying to contact many times, but no response. I think Kenwood should close its product supply to Pakistan or make the service contacts responsive. Customers are suffering a lot after the pay but with no service.

I have a kac-8103D 1000W amp, I disconected the wires from my speakers to check my friends speaker. It seemed to work fine for about 10 or 15 seconds, then the speaker started to go in and out as though it was breathing. I thought his speaker was bad. I hooked mine back up and now mine is doing the same thing. The light in the middle of the amp is now going on and off. I checked fuses and disconected the power, hooked it back up and it continues to flash. What can I do? Im a 48 year old man and I ve been putting in systems a long time.

I bought afoot processor FP220 and a toaster from METRO Islamabad on 25 dec,2011. after about 07 days of use the food processor got u/s. As i was busy I could manage to take the item to the kenwood service centre Islamabad on 22 Jan,2012. I found the attitude of the people present there very very casual.Mr Jamil, a technician found that the motor was u/s and needed repair.He told me that he would get it repaired from the market and within a week time i can collect it.It was not acceptable to me . I asked him to replace the motor as the rewinding of motor that too from a local market is not a good solution. but he very casually told me that this is what he could do for me and nothing more. I then insisted that he can give me the contact for some concern person. Ultimately i could talk to Mss Saima in Karachi on 021111764111.She nicely listened to me and told that she will try to help by replacing the faulty part. As i did not have confidence on the people sitting there at service centre Islamabad I asked her if Icould return the item for replacement at Metro .I then returned the item to the Customer service of Metro and informed Mr Faisal . a Kenwood representative there also. Metro voucher no is 11 13608750. They promised me to provide the feedback within a week.
This is the first time I bought a Kenwood product with a confidence that its a English company and must be good.But to my surprise it failed with very little use and then the customer service was to my horror a real source of demotivation. I request the management to kindly look into the matter and provide me the replacement of the item and kindly build my confidence in Kenwood products which I am sure must be very good. sorry for any blunt comment if it is but I really consider it to be a good company but the response of service centre Islamabad was really very very poor and needs great improvements thanks .
