Kenwood used to have great customer service. They knew how to help you with your operation until about a year ago when they moved to Florida. They call them selves technicians but they really don't know the products. They put you on endless hold while they go read a manual. When they come back on the phone they give you information that does not work. I asked for a manager. The manager was of little help and when I ridiculed his operation compared to what it was a year ago, he terminated the call. I called California and could tell this Manager could care less. Their excuse: My unit is too old .. Wow. Quite an excuse for incompetence. When this unit needs replacement, it will not be a Kenwood. I refuse to support a company that does not back up their product services in a professional manner. Perhaps they need to rehire their employees that knew their job and cared!
