My Jen Air model no:JC2225GEKB, serial no: 99941717JC refrigerator has caused complete freezing of the food in the refrigerator compartment. After making some consistent rattling noise in the refrigerator, coming from top end where is the outlet to cool the refrigerator for couple of days, Now has stopped. However now it seems not to be doing anything. Can you please contact me on or recommend a service company in Adelaide South Australia. Thanks

Paid almost 3K for a refrigerator that is older and no longer under warranty. The water/ice dispenser stopped working so had a technician come out from Whirlpool Factory Service. The tech wiggled the paddle started working miraculously! Paid the service fee and within a couple hours it stopped working again. I get an email from the tech the next morning with a service complete message to which I respond that it isn't fixed and to email me back to address. Never heard anything. Email again and still don't hear anything so I call Jenn-Air and Whirlpool Factory Service. We keep getting shuffled from dept. to dept. like it's their job! Still not resolved. Our issue is that we paid for a service visit once and the problem was never fixed. We should not have to pay for another service appointment and now no one wants to help.
