For weeks now I have been receiving multiple emails daily that are total goble de gook. They are not coming from my frontier server, they are coming from incredimail. Blocking does no good, they just keep coming. I want a STOP to it or I change mail programs!!!!

I have tried to reach you three times and have no luck getting an acknowledgement. I have been working with your support for over two weeks now. I purchased just about everything you have to sell. I have been a customer for over ten years and I can't seem to get an service. I have less now and I lost everything I had. The support group can't seem to get my data that they had me load. Now all I get is the same thing over again that they had me do already. Now I am being ignored. Do they want me to cease using IM?

I have been working with someone to fix my email. Two weeks now and no fix. Now two days and no one will return my emails. I did everything they wanted me to and no fix yet. They had me copy all my data to my desktop and now I can't get it back. I have already paid for Plus, premium etc. If this can't be fixed I will delete IM and never go back.

I can not get any response to my reports of my incredimail not working again. I have sent in so many I can't count anymore. I am a Gold member and I have tried to send in reports to the VIP support page and also on the IncrediMail home page. Please help. Since I renewed my Plus membership all incredimail went down and it is telling me that it is incompatable program. Don't understand as I have used this program since the early 2000's. I am using my AT&T mail as my main and tried to install and uninstall and nothing works.

I was charged 24.99 for something to do with Incredimail.I stopped using that program 6 months ago and deleted the program from my computer.

I need you to credit my bank account that you charged the 24.99 to. ASAP thank you.

Incredimail customer service has always been deplorable. I have issues all the time with no help from them except for form emails that have nothing to do with my issues. Sorry I spent money on them.

Incredimail Application has not worked for ages.
There was a supposed solution to the fault last week which enabled service to be resumed - but only for the briefest time.
I reply on emails for work.
Please help. I'm about to switch to a new server - though with reluctance and regret, as one of the reasons I stick with Microsoft is so that I can use Incredimail.

How long does it take to get a response out of Incredimail. I just renewed Plus and upgraded to Windows 10. Cannot get into incredimail and have lots of files stored there that are probably lost. If this doesn't get fixed, I want a refund on Incredimail Plus for my email address. Paid for my husbands also, and it keeps telling me it won't except his registration codes. Very frustrating.

I am patiently waiting for "Incredimail" to get their act together and get rid of the so called "glitch" from Windows 10 that has supposedly contaminated Incredimail recently. Due to this supposed "glitch", I have been without my Incrediamail for approximately 3 weeks now and I am getting fed up with Incredimail apologising for this error and the statement they "THEY" are working on the problem. Have you tried talking to "Microsoft " to get an answer to this problem. If things don't change soon, then from me, it will be "GOOD BY INCREDIMAIL!!"

Come on Incredimail get this Windows 10 issue sorted I have 118 unread messages and am getting really frustrated you will lose me as a customer if things aren't resolved soon. As for getting in touch How can you when email doesn't work

Up until a couple days ago my Incredimail would stop working on and off, but now it's completely not working no matter how I try to open it. I paid for the premium program and need it badly for my business.... I can't wait weeks of not getting customer emails. How long will this take??

I'd like to contact the service via an email, but my emails are not working. This has been going on for the past two or so weeks now when I either get emails or for some reason incredimail has stopped working. Very frustrating !!!!! Please do something about this as my family relies on this service for work purposes. Thankyou.

Every now and again our Incredimail ceases to work. It gives us messages we don't understand and tells us either our address is wrong or our password is wrong. How can this be when we have not touched, let alone changed either. It also says '554 maximum number of AUTH attempts exceeded' which is, to me, gobbledegook!
The 'mend it' information is confusing or irrelevant (we do not know which).
Sometimes it's just the 'send' others the 'recieve'. This time it is both. It is beginning to drive me NUTS!!!

I, like a fool upgraded to a Gold Member today. I have tried over and over to install it.
I called and spoke to a person who couldn't speak English. I be damned if I am going to sit here all day on this PC for you. You are wasting my life and I don't like that.
I am going to call my credit card and cancel this if I do not hear back in 24 hours.

I have tried to contact incredimail so many times i am sick of trying, i have b een a live long member for over 13 yrs and they dont even bother to contact me, i cant even open incredimail no.

i give up, its a crock. at least give me the benefit of the doubt.
