Every now and again our Incredimail ceases to work. It gives us messages we don't understand and tells us either our address is wrong or our password is wrong. How can this be when we have not touched, let alone changed either. It also says '554 maximum number of AUTH attempts exceeded' which is, to me, gobbledegook!
The 'mend it' information is confusing or irrelevant (we do not know which).
Sometimes it's just the 'send' others the 'recieve'. This time it is both. It is beginning to drive me NUTS!!!
