I have tried and tried installing flash player still I can't open my email. I have used you from the start, you take no responsibility.The only help I got was to ask me to do a darned survey which has nothing to do with my dilemma. I don't have time for this garbage and will remove you as my mail account. so many people are having problems, sort yourself out

I have uninstalled Incredimail because of it's constant " Incredimail has encountered a problem and needs to close" together with the fact that it said it was downloading messages but WASN'T! I reinstalled 4 times and the problem persisted.
This was on my laptop.
On my I-Mac running windows XP via Parallels I have two users. The one I normally use has recently refused to open Incredimail past the orange envelope. (both the above were version 2.5 which is no where as good as version 2.) I get the booming "Welcome" voice, the orange envelope and THAT'S IT! The only way to get rid of the orange envelope is to reboot the computer.
What the hell is going on.
I have also reinstalled this programme 6 times to no avail.
WHEN ARE YOU GING TO HAVE AVAILABLE A VERSION FOR MAC? YOU ARE MISSING A TRICK HERE. THERE ARE NEARLY AS MANY MACS OUT THERE AS WINDOWS MACHINES.
GET WITH IT!
If you can't help me with this problem I shall ditch Incredimail totally.
A great shame as it is my favourite e-mail client and great fun. But a programme that doesn't work is worse than useless.

HELP!!
I have been using Incredimail for nearly 9 years now. It has come to my attention the more I block the more I receive trash mail If it cant be stopped I will have to delete Incredimail and go through my online subscribers email program. If its an act for me to purchase spam blocker it wont work My email is If after the net week I don't see a dramatic decrease in the junk mail I am getting I shall delete and inform my many contacts the scheme that Incredimail is trying. All of a sudden I can't send to one of my contacts that I have been emailing to for years. My messages go to my inbox. I deleted him out of my address book and readded him. I have checked everything and have no clue as to why it is only one of my contacts that I can send to.
I like Incredimail but here lately I have had lots of problems.

my email does not send or receive. the message box is empty, when it had several unread messages in it. my local network technician went thru it pretty thoroughly and feels the site is corrupted. i have 142 messages in accessible. the files will open, but that is all that works. i need help. the tech sent mail to windows mail.com for now, until this corrected. i unsubscribed twice and the site came back in the same shape. .
Incredimail doesn't answer my phone call , I have called them several times , their service really is horrible , I searched incredimail technical support hpone number on you tube and found their phone number . they picked my call once after that they don't respond , please help me

I need YOU to get in touch with me. I can not get in. Keeps asking for my password and then won't accept it. I am rather angry at this point. How do you get in touch with a HUMAN????? I was charged $45 in my bank account and I did not approve that, why are so many people getting ripped off, I backtracked my bank account and I was stunned when I saw that they took out $45 LAST YEAR TOO! I DO NOT have automatic renewal, so I think Incredimail is up to something~~~~ I want my money back !!!
Unbelievable! I have been an Incredible XE, now 2, customer for several years. This is a business. This morning has been completely wasted trying to get Incredimail to work and/or get in touch with someone who can. The pat answer is RE-REGISTER. Yes, we know! But if the it won't open, how can we re-register? We have the CODE. We can't put it in.
Incredimail is absolutely a disgusting company. They do not have any phone contact available. The help email is a disaster. I believe they are a company that is just out there to take your money and then forget about their product that does not work!!!!!!!!
I have a number of accounts with them but they just don't care.
I am cancelling all my accounts with my company and going back to Outlook.
I haven't used this service before but would like some answers to this question I just purposed!
I am really annoyed that Incredimail has taken money out of my account for something I have not ordered or received... Want to know how and why this has happened!
