Dealing with Farmers Insurance is like wanting to have a dictatorship. The agent, Gary Hatano wants to govern you with his last word. He said I can take care of you if you do what I say. We cancelled our home insurance with him, Gary Hatano, and he was not pleased. He put us into collection with Credit Collection Services,we spoke to representative Justin Gibbemeyer,in spite of the fact that we do not owe anything. The customer value with the above mentioned is lower than a snakes belly

I've had 3 life insurance policies with Farmers since 2001. Once I cancelled my other policies for home and auto due to neglect on their part I've gotten treated horribly. When I asked for an inforce illustration on my life policies (for 2 months now) I was asked again why I needed them. When I said my husband wants to see them he laughed and said "really? hahaha! What exactly does your husband do again?" Done with the rudeness of Farmers! Can I just get some customer service please?

I will never have Farmers again - it has been a nightmare! I was dropped from the policy numerous time from an admited computer glitch on thier end - and then they opened a second policy - but forgot to transfer the payments form the first policy. This is going on 5 months of dealing with this. They now say everything is settled but I continue to get calls from a Credit Collection agency they sent me too - even though THEY, Farmers, were the ones that made the mistake and I activly tried to get it settled. My agent even quit and left Farmers! Did I mention I was on holf for 45 minutes one day!

Farmers has got to be one of the worst. you took way too much money from my checking acct. then said you put it back, what a joke. a guy by the name of Mike Dingus called me and said his boss would call on 11/1/10 that did not happen. i have auto, business, home and health thru Farmers but if the treatment i have gotten continues i will drop them. its like they do not care at all, they take the money and run

This is by far the hardest people to get in touch with. I was passed around by machine for over10 minutes. I found a number that says to speak with a person dial this number. Didn't work. I finally got through and got nothing positive done. I read below and seen that you reserve the right to modify. W H Y ?

I tried to get check reissued. The agents talk nice but I'm getting the run around, put on hold so longe the system resets.I did not use number 1 on the rattings section because I do not know more than the agents so #2 will do.I have never used a comment section before.I wish the need was not there now.
