Absolutely the worst. Do not buy from this company. We purchased a True Brew Machine ($500+) dollars. It failed in 4 months. We were so we started the repair process. 2 video calls 2 repairs -1 still in process. and no communication from the company. We had to continually call and 3 months later no machine. Customer service agents are not helpful. Said we can't get a refund because we are in the repair process. Asked to speak to a supervisor and was left on hold for 50 minutes because the rep was jerk. I wasn't irate I just wanted to know when I could get the machine back a new machine or a refund? I think it's reasonable that a 4 month old machine should not be rebuilt! Worst experience I've had with a company in a long time.

I was really disappointed with the way I was answered to...first I asked for French... someone speaking in English answered, which was ok until I asked her to bear with me as I was expecting French speaking...no answer from her, seemed totally annoyed...she didn't try to help me much sounded anxious to finish with me.

I purchased a toaster oven in October 2012 at Apex , 100 Main Street, Pawtucket RI. For the past 3 months I have not been able to use the bake cycle because it is impossible to read the temperatures shown. When this toaster oven was purchased I did not have access to a computer to register the product on line. Please let me know what can be done. I really like this product, but not being able to use the baking cycle now, it upsetting. Thank You. J. Ereio

I purchased my DeLong the coffee machine November 9, 2013. I paid almost $3000 for the unit. One year and a half later it started having problems. I've had it serviced twice. This morning it started malfunctioning again. Delong he does not want to replace the unit under warranty. All they do is they fix it and send it back. It works for little bit and then it breaks again. I have requested my money back. They refused. I wrote letters to the corporate office in the United States as well as to the corporate office in Italy . I don't know if this will rectify my situation. But I will never ever buy DeLonghi products again and I do not recommend anyone buying Delongi products. It is a waste of time and money

I had the 5 cup coffee maker - purchased from Kohl's. It had it replaced 3 times - it would always leak water from the bottom. It leaked again this morning and called Delonghi - they will not do anything about it because it is over a year. I expect a coffee maker that I pay $150.00 for to last longer than a year. Crossing Delonghi products off my list!

Some of the complaints on here are obviously from the same person. I'm sure many people have had real issues, but the dishonesty clearly ruins the credibility of legitimate complaints. I just had my eight month old delonghi espresso machine, that I purchased on amazon, replaced under warranty in short order. Didnt even have to pay to send the broken unit back. They simply had me cut the cord off and send it in a larger envelope. A few days later I received an email from a very courteous person named Nathan saying a new unit would arrive in 5-7 working days. Four days later I had a new machine. Just thought I'd share my experience since most people never post a comment when things go smoothly. I remember seeing this page when I was originally considering buying a delonghi machine and I'm glad I could see through the fake complaints  because delonghi has been very attentive and accommodating to me. I'm not affiliated with them in any way.

Thanks, C.L.

I used to work for DeLonghi customer service, I can tell everyone that customer service does what they can. I remember having to explain that parts were on back order so many times, And the management never wanted to talk to customers.

I have never before encountered such dreadful service. My coffee machine went for repair in early December 2014. It was repaired & posted to me for delivery on 12th February but Parcelforce, apparently, has lost it. Can I get through to anyone to report my lost machine? Yesterday, I was on the phone for an hour and this morning at 9am when it went to 'We're currently busy'. Really? That busy this early? I'm still waiting.

I have been trying for more than half an hour to talk to someone in Customer Service. I have a De Longhi Magnifica espresso machine that is not working properly.

I need information as to what is wrong and what I need to do to fix the problem

I have a coffee espresso combo and within the last year and a half this is the second machine that's broken down. the first one broke within the year. luckily, Still had the warranty so Called and they had me cut the cord and mailed it to them. they sent me a new one and now within less than six months ,the second one is now not making coffee even when the on button is turned on. REALLY? $100 machine, but got more service out of a $20 Mr. Coffee or Black and Decker. Very disappointed in their quality.

I bought an ECAM23450 SL in April of 2013. By November it did not work anymore. Total cost of the machine is $1500. I called Delonghi and was told to send it to Bayside Appliance in Jamaica NY. I sent it by the end of Nov. They have had it since then. They claimed they waited for the paperwork from Delonghi and received it mid Jan. Now they claim they cannot get the parts before mid Feb. I. am claiming the machine was a lemon and do not want a fixed machine. Refund or a new one. Has been escalated but all I get is I'm sorry. No coffee. No helpful service. Bruce Yennie

Good luck talking to someone about a missing part. I bought the dehumidifier and want the drain hose that connects to the built-in pump. Phone numbers either cannot be reached from my area (Virginia) or refer you to a website that is spoken so fast that I cannot understand it. How can such a great product have such terrible customer support? Grrr.

had a coffe machine for like a year broke down, been waiting for three months to be repaired or to get a new one I have never seen anything so horrible, and every time I call they keep me on the phone for like 40 to more than an hour and always promise a call back and nothing. now still waiting 3/22/13

customer service really sucks. i ordered a ventilation hose 2 months ago and still havent recieved it. i was told they had it in stock. i waited 30 days and called again saying i havent recieved it. i was told it was in stock at that time also and it would ship that week. its been another 30 days and i find out it is backordered until 8-10-13. ridiculous, not to mention it takes almost 2 hours to get through every time.

Very poor service. After one year, service costs $100 plus parts. They really make it tough servicing during the one-year warranty time.

The phone line, some service provider, is almost always busy. I once got through and they asked me for all guarantee card.

Company also does not have service in mind - the model number is on the bottom of the machine. Try turning around a coffee machine with beans and water while on the phone.

I spent 75 minutes on hold today trying to find out when I can expect the espresso machine part ordered 5 weeks ago. My wife tried calling several times last week also. We have never had anyone answer the phone??????

I have also sent 2 emails to customer service. NO RESPONSE EITHER!!!!!!

I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS MANUFACTURER AGAIN!!!! I WILL ALSO WARN ALL MY FRIENDS!!!!

I am speakig with your customer service rep. name Jesse for last few days and the only thing i got is run around. He promises a lot and nothing is delivered to me so far. He would not even thransfer me to his manager and abruptly cuts off the phone.

If you hire these kind of service rep. it is a formula for disaster for the company with good name.
