I'm an off again on again representative. When I don't sell Avon I buy it from my friend and just to let everyone know that you should never and never have to pay up front for you're products. You should only need to pay when it's deliverd or it can be a scam. Some Avon reps take all forms of payment but due to scams I only take cash. All products are 100% refundable if you are not satisfied. If you're Avon rep says that's not true let her/him know that it's Avons policy and if she/he doesn't honner the Avon policy you can find another Avon rep at www.avon.com and click on the button that says find an Avon representative. You can also shop on line with any Avon representative in the U.S. also shipping should only Cost $5 or less. The more customers youre Avon rep has the less shipping is suppose to be because Avon reps only pay about $6 to $9 for the entire shipment and Avon doesn't ship customers orders Separate the Avon rep is the one that brakes down the order. Because of that fact shipping should be Divided among all the customers so no one has to pay more and the Avon rep is to never make every customer pay $5 because then the Avon rep is making money in a scam type of way. Being an Avon rep is hard and takes time and a lot of reading and math skills. A true and good Avon rep is one that takes time out of a busy day to research Avon products and takes pride in there business and makes sure there customers are 100% satisfyed in Avons products. Also you should never have to pay for samples even though the Avon rep pays for them, samples are part of the business. This is just to help everyone know when it's a scam and to protect the customers from being lied to. I am so sorry for everyone that has had a bad experience with Avon but pleas keep in mind that not every Avon rep is bad and it's not Avon that is responsible it's the Avon reps that make or brake Avons name. If you want to try with Avon again and think I'm a good Avon rep that suits you you can always go to there is no pressure to visit my website though. I'm weighting this to help.

My Name Is Marcia T. Smith . I Placed An Order With Diane Hernandez June 2,2013.i Got Everything Except For My Lemon Sugar Body Butter. I Notified Her On The 15th And Still Have Not Received My Body Butter Or Any E-mail From Dianne Hernandez. This Was My First Order And Will Be My Last . In The Old Days When I Sold Avon We Would Always Give The Customer Some Lil Samples Of Lipstick ,hand Cream Etc. U Dont Do Anything To Rite A Wrong Except Not Care If The Customer Has To Wait On Something That Might Have Been A Present. Sure Isnt Customer Satisfaction Like It Was When I Sold It. Now I Remember Why I Quit Selling It And Ordering It.

The shipping is ridiculous I have an order that unknown to me was late and now I'm being charged 9.95 for a 6.93 order.I won't be doing AVON anymore.

I have been trying to contact Avon Customer Sevice for months and have not had any response from them. My husband was charged $150 for Avon that we did not order, or even received product. We found this out because we paid off EVERYTHING in his credit bureau so we could get a mortgage, and what do you know, there was Avon, for $150! We had to pay it so we could start the mortgage process, but I have been emailing the office of the president and haven't heard back. They need to give us our money back and let me know where the supposed products went so I can call the police. I'm about to make a Craigslist ad and a facebook page to let people know that Avon is criminal.

i was a rep. thinking it would be a good way to make a little extra money on the side. i didn't make any money so i closed out my account feb 1 2013. returned the extra stuff i had. was told after 30 days of closing my account that i would get a refund within 2 weeks after the 30 days and still haven't gotten my money. now i'm being told that my website wasn't closed till the 5th of march and it would take 30 days after that.

Tried now for 3 weeks to just find (and have them respond on-line) to my request for Rep in my area. Called the customer number on AVON this morning - had to repeat myself twice....she showed no sympathy for my dilemma and acted totally unconcerned. Something has really gone bad with AVON - - - - guess I'll go to the mall instead :\ NOT GOOD customer service.

Avon is for me the worst company ever! I made the mistake of becoming a avon rep a few years ago. The manager order for me some "samples" without letting me know that it was in fact the products itself and when I order a collection, they never came. The only thing they wanted was my money. Now I have their bloody products at home and a defalut on my credit score! But every time a friend asks me about Avon, I never recommend them!!!

Avon Customer Service is the worst i've ever seen in my entire life, i made an order almost 3 weeks ago fro three items, and i haven;t received an email confirmation or even seen the deduction off my account, contacting them via email is a waste of time because up to this day i haven't received a response... I'M NEVER ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN.

I have been an Avon Rep. since April 2012. It really is a joke, very frustrating that each time I place an order I either get something that I did not order or they get the order wrong in processing and packing. I have to call customer service every single time I get an order because of the mix up in packing my order or the billing descrepancy. I only have a few customers and I actually do use some of their makeup products. However, I would not recommend being a representative if you do not have the time to spend with customer service, and you do not have the patience of a saint. I have a full time job again, and selling Avon is now just a past time/hobby. I don't make much money because I usually use my earnings on my own orders, so it kind of equals out. I DO wish that Avon would take more pride in their representatives and 1) take the customer service out of India, they do not understand any thing that isn't on their "call card", and can't answer any question that they can't find on it 2) Make up for mistakes and frustration by offering incentives and free gifts to our customers that are unhappy because of Avon's screw ups. (I have had to provide apology gifts of my own in the past for my customers) 3) Better communication with their Reps when a problem arises with their account, such as account closing due to inactivity, I was faced with that as well, difference in cost when ordered and billed, etc.

AND if your account is interrupted and you have to apply for it to be re-activated, you will loose all the information in your address book for your customers, so be sure to back it up on a flash drive!

i ordered a sweater back in october from an avon representative from glenwood ga. the sweater did not fit and she finally sent it back in december according to her. now she tells me that avon is giving them the runaround about getting my money back. i am tired of waiting. i plan on reporting avon to the better business bureau. ive tried calling them myself and cant get any help. looks like if you paid for something someone would be willing to help you from avon. i plan on never buying anything from them again and by the time i am through letting people know what kind of awful service ive received, they will know me by name. there is no since in them not giving me my refund. if someone from avon is reading this, please have someone from your office contact me by email. please lets resolve this issue. the representative was from glenwood ga with initials jl. that should be all the information you need. contact me at [email protected] and i will give you information about the product ordered and price so that you can look all the information up. someone please help me. i cant afford to be done wrong. i need my money like everyone else.

I got a call from this number 09175693707 today and she's from AVON Manila. She told me that I still have an existing balance of 65 pesos something and need to be settled immediately. As far as I know I have settled all my dues except for my account this coming month. And if I still have a balance why they didn't get it the last time I pay, it's only Php 65.00?Now,this girl is telling me that I will be charged 1% daily if I will not pay it ASAP. I asked her that I'll just pay it together with my Nov.due but I'm not going to pay the 1% penalty. It isn't my fault! I'd pay what was reflected on my receipts and what the cashier told me to pay. I was not informed about this beforehand but only today. This is just a small amount but what I'm after here is that the thought that AVON is taking advantage of their customer for the things they aren't their fault. The cashiers should be more careful in encoding the prizes before they give the receipts to their customers. And for cases like this, inform the customers first, apologize and explain to them why such things happened and give them time to settle it. Don't just simply say that customer has a pending balance and need to settle it immediately or else will have penalty, in order for them not to be IRATE and dropped the call.

By far, one of the worse companies out there. It is such a ripoff and many people are not happy. I was a sales rep and they automatically signed me up for some program where they send you the expensive products and charge your account so that you can demo it for others. It took them forever to refund me in those products and they didn't even refund the shipping for them - they expect me to pay it. So I stopped selling, my account went inactive, and after a year I had people asking me if I was still selling so I decided to try again. After all, sometimes you can get some decent deals on makeup! But of course, problems again. I had to resign up under a new account number and pay the fee all over again. I was given expired brochures so Im not sure what I really paid for. Then, my items weren't being delivered because of a ten dollar balance from my old account (the shipping costs that I've apparently had for a year and no one decided to contact me about). I work so it is difficult for me to call them between 8am and 4pm so I've sent a few e-mails and no one has ever responded to them. What does that say for customer service? Their commercials are a joke once you see how they really run a business.

After reading the above complaints, it seems there is no way to get an answer from Avon. I've tried my representative, Paula Curry, Tuscumbia, Al. 3 times, my district rep Shelah Stutts,3 times, Florence, Ala, and now online customer service. I have tried to order 2 bottles of 2in1 gel cleanser for 2 months, get the same response when I call to check on order, either forwarded to rep or rep sends automated email that i would be hearing from her soon.. (2 months, no response)

being an avon member, m very unsatisfied with the service. whenever i place an order, they used to receive my order but i dont knw what happens inside. i really need to register a complaint regarding this. on april 1st i place ma order form for c4 campaign. on 2nd april, being insisted by my client i again call up customer care and add one more item. they receive my order and didnt tell me anything about the due. then suddenly after 1 week i receive a call 4rm the avon office that i got Rs.274 as due. i cleared my due next day. after this also i didnt receive my products on the delivery date. again i called customer care and i came to knw that there were no order for me. that avon office lost ma order form. i really feel so bad with this. then after talkin with dem i place an internet order on 16th april and delivery date was updated on 22nd april. waiting till 25th april i didnt receive any of my products. all of my clients were asking me and i was confused what 2 do. then again i called up customer care and they told me that my order has been deleted. i asked for the reason and they told me that i exceed my credit limit. so reviewing to my complaint please suggest me weather its my fault or the customer service. m just a member to the company. i think informing to my faulty action is their responsibility. i would feel highly obliged if u took necessary actions to my complaints.......thank you!!

I have been trying to voice a concern for a few days now and everytime i get the same you have reached the wrong person .so i hope this gets to someone that will take care of this.the last 3 times i have ordered avon 2 of those times i didnt recieve it . my granddaughters birthday is today november 24th . i ordered her a pair of boots from your book they told me it would be 2 weeks more before i will get those boots if i recieve them at all . if you dont have the stock on hand why are you putting these things in the avon book the first order i never did get what i ordered . I would like to point out one so-called customer service assistant at the Las Pinas (Phils) branch. Her name is LOR. Was she ever taught how to be nice? I was there sep 20, 2010 and I was just surprised that I have lost all my credit line. Upon asking, I was given THE LOOK and said "because the credit line is based on your performance. And since you are not performing, you have lost your credit line." I have been with Avon since 2000 and my application was for my personal consumption. And most people there know that. What was more irritating was when i told her that at least I could have been informed. And she said "Oh, there is no need to, because you should know your performance. I think my days as an Avon user have ended. Bye bye Avon
