Cannot find an address for Avon with a US address so that I can file complaints with AG, BBB and whoever else need to contact regarding your shoddy, unscrupulous way of obtaining "Free shipping with American Express" card information at chechout. But at checkout saying must be "$40.00 or more." Just like anybody else!
Don't trust this business! Forewarned is forearmed.

I have been a avon customer for 30 some years. I have always been satisfied with their products. I am disgusted that you have stopped selling the dew kiss lip balm!!!! No warning whatsoever. Shame on you Avon. This product is essential to me and you don't sell anything comparable to it. The lip balm you do sell is disgusting. I hope you have the sense and decency to bring it back. Until you do I won't buy another thing from Avon!

One of your respetants is causing the avon name to be bad she took a order then didnt bring everything that was ordered and she has been say back ordered but when I told her nevermind she will not refund my money back to me and she is spreading lies on me and as far as avon goes my husband ise to sell for you and avon worked hard at keeping good ppl selling for them now you let this hurt your namethis ladys name is Brenda duvall she sells in Durant Okla

I received a catalog for Avon products from a man who was dropping off an order at a bakery in my town. I began ordering from him and was perplexed about he way he did his business, as I had to pick up my orders at different restaurants. This guy never rang my doorbell, and I guess that is all right with Avon as long as they get their orders placed.

I got a call for my last order and I had to meet this person at a place of business, but when I got there he was not there. My husband called to let me know that the man had called and asked for me, and he was told that I was at the meeting location. I waited, but no one showed up, so I called his cell number. He answered and told me he would be there in ten to fifteen minutes. I asked him why he neglected to call me if he would be late. He said he called, but that was when I was already at the location.

I told him I would wait, and when he arrived, I got my order and paid him cash, and asked for a receipt, but he didn't have a receipt book. I asked if he would initial and mark paid on my bill, which he did. I know this man is trying to make ends meet, and don't want to get him in trouble, but I am so done with him. I find it ridiculous that Avon customers are asked by reps to meet them in places at night where it is sometimes not safe. Now I know why they commercial with the doorbell is gone. I was fortunate none of the customers turned us in for drug sales, but I guess this man is a regular, as I heard him hitting up the staff to buy Avon. Nice, classy way to do business. NOT!!!

I wish Avon would be more selective about who they hire.

Have been an Avon user for over 35 years. Experiencing some difficulty with return policy. My Avon rep. indicated I couldn't return an pr of shoes which were purchased within the last two months. Spoke to another Avon rep who was going to help with this return. AS of last week I have had no response from either reps. Please contact me so I can give some history with this unbelieveable situation. Please help if possible. Thank You.

Several times lately you do not have what I've ordered. Needless to say I'm very disapointed.I've been an Avon customer for about 45 years and in the past year I've ordered 3 different things you have not had. one was a 3stack set of turquoise rings which you later put in catalog at $19.99,sale price was 8.99. I also ordered a print dress that was very reasonable, you didn't have it. IN this last brochure you advertised a 3stack set of pearl rings #085-990 for$7.99,again you did not have them. If your company is going to advertise thing on sale they should realize that it's going yo sell well, you should make sure you have enough instead of dissapointing your customers. I've been dissapointed several times. If i'm not going to get what I order, then why should I order anything? I'm retired now and I can only afford what you put on sale.

I am trying to email you at but it does not let me. I ordered 03105220 Replenishing Cream by mistake, it should have been Dramatic Firming Cream from C7 at buy one get one free. Who the heck decides what products you are going discontine?
I swear every time I find the perfect product someone discontinued it.
Smooth Minerals Pressed Powder Foundation is the only foundation that has ever worked for me!!!! The loose powder is NOT the same it's messy, doesn't cover, and is a total waste of money!!!!!
Please for once, bring this item back!!!

trying to get credit for a Sterling Silver Sentimental ring (MOM) that has been ordered twice and I reordered it for my mother and the black ink came off ring again. Just want credit on my account. Spoke with customer service and they said to put a credit on my account but I can't at this time cause I owe which I plan on taking care of. Hi my name is Adilah. And in March of this year I placed an order with one of your rep's. About two weeks later she gave me some of my order. And said it was going to take another week to get the Far Away that I ordered. It is now June and my order is still not complete. At this point I just want my money back and I'm not going to purchase any more of your products because of my experience. The rep that I'm referring to is Angelina Lee in Baton Rouge, La. She does not mention it unless I ask her and it shouldn't be that way. As a matter of fact if she would have kept me updated it would not have been as bad as it is now. The last time I talked to her was 5/23/2014 and when I spoke to her on that date I told her that I wanted my money back and this is what she said it will be in in another week. It has been over a week she has not said nothing about it and I have not said anything else to her about it. I want my money back. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. I ordered the Platinum skin product expecting I would have more than a few drops to try the regular sized pump bottle...but only a few squirts came out! It almost seems like the bottle is empty! How can you spend 30 buck on something and not have any product in it to even know if it works!?
Its a beautiful silver bottle..and I love the button on top ...but wheres the product?
Never getting anything like this again! Maybe a jar instead? Again, don't know if the product is any good! Haven't tried it!

I ordered some Avon off my representatives web site on 2/26/14 I still have not received my Avon. I went to my representative for help and she was like sorry you didn't get your Avon everyone else got theirs.I would really like my Avon or a refund of 64.72. Will someone please help me? Can you please send me a confirmation of where is was left at?

I used to buy hundreds of dollars of Avon products because they were of excellent quality and the prices were good. It was also one of the largest companies that offered earrings that were not pierced. I love the jewelry sets and have purchased many in my lifetime. However, clips and screwbacks are no longer available and quite frankly, the prices have risen and the sale items are not that great. I have switched to Mary Kay and Yves Rocher because they offer free gifts and free shipping on many of their items. It's about time Avon considers this as there is so much competition out there now and the products from other companies are of very good quality and their promotions are great. Even Sephora offers free samples and you earn points based on how much you spend. Avon needs to sit up and take notice. They also need to reconsider the "pierced" only earrings. I know I'm not the only one who does not have pierced ears. Until changes are made, I will purchase from other companies.

Just to correct a posting previously listed. I am an Avon rep and I participate in leadership (means that I recruit and train new Avon reps). There are new representatives that have to establish credit with Avon. These representatives have to pay Avon upfront when they place their order. This does cause a legitimate situation where a customer would pay for their order upfront. Over time the rep will be extended higher credit lines as they build their business with Avon. In addition, Avon reps are individual business owners. they can choose to have their customers pay up front or I've seen more commonly have someone pay half upfront then balance on delivery especially when dealing with a customer for the first time. Just want to make the point that upfront payment doesn't equal scam necessarily.

Hi, my name is Pat. I ordered 2 sets of
jewelry(silver bracelet and watch combo) I ordered them from one of your current books. No where did it say that they were no longer available., I ordered them for presents and they were $16.95 Per set. on sale. I was so very dissapointed and wondered if there were any way you might be able to find 2 sets from your vendor. It would mean so very much to me and solve my gift problem . Thank you so much. Pat
