trying to get credit for a Sterling Silver Sentimental ring (MOM) that has been ordered twice and I reordered it for my mother and the black ink came off ring again. Just want credit on my account. Spoke with customer service and they said to put a credit on my account but I can't at this time cause I owe which I plan on taking care of. Please credit my account for this ring as my mom no longer wishes to return it again. Thank you, Cindi Friend.
