Hi my name is Adilah. And in March of this year I placed an order with one of your rep's. About two weeks later she gave me some of my order. And said it was going to take another week to get the Far Away that I ordered. It is now June and my order is still not complete. At this point I just want my money back and I'm not going to purchase any more of your products because of my experience. The rep that I'm referring to is Angelina Lee in Baton Rouge, La. She does not mention it unless I ask her and it shouldn't be that way. As a matter of fact if she would have kept me updated it would not have been as bad as it is now. The last time I talked to her was 5/23/2014 and when I spoke to her on that date I told her that I wanted my money back and this is what she said it will be in in another week. It has been over a week she has not said nothing about it and I have not said anything else to her about it. I want my money back. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.
