Hi.
I don't know who to talk to so I am hoping you can contact the correct department to resolve my problem. I have tried to extend my guarantee to 3 years via www.akaionline.co
I am being prevented access because of a problem with the website security certification. Neither Firefox or Microsoft Edge will permit access. I do not want to miss out on this extension opportunity so can you please adcise.

I have an AKAI flat screen tv. The screen indicates that there is no signal. The tv service provider says the receiver is working as it should. It was suggested that I contact AKAI to find out if the configuration had changed itself. Can you help?

So far I am unimpressed. Cannot use the MPK Mini I just got because your site won't let me in to download and it seems AKAI does not care. Cannot reach anyone at the customer service phone number. Please fix it!!!

We have an AKAI 37" wide screen LCD TV/DVD player and all of a sudden we are getting what looks like little pin points or snow on the screen on every channel. How can we fix this? It is not happening on the other TV in our hom which is a Sylvania.. We are on Comcast but since it is only on your TV it must be our AKAI set. Thanks for any help you can give us.

your customer service is non existence.i have been lied to on several occasions last night for instance at 4-15pm was told a microwawe had left the depot last fri and could be still delivered .at 5-45 iphoned again and was told it had not yet left the depot.the lady said she would put it on 24 hrs delivery but further conversation this morning it will not arrive until fri or sat which is not 24hrs.this has been going on since jan 8th when faulty one was picked up.returned a cream one and you returned a black one and so on.
