To whom this may concern,
February 16 2020 I have a service done to my washer under warranty. Which was ending. Still my washer is Not Working and stats beeping with this code F6 on it. I made a call to the company for another service, I hit the wrong button and got a woman would tried to,tell me how to try and fix this problem, well I'm not a person who really understands talking on a phone. I need a person here to help explain and show me. I asked to speak to speak to someone who has to do with service. I got annoyed hung up. I try calling back this lady Blocked both my phone numbers. So I got another phone made the call got through to the service department I wanted. I talked to a man this time. He sold me a Warranty and then this guy turns around blocks the number that I called from.
So now I have a Extended Warranty and I have No Way to contact them now. So now I a new washer and warranty Both are No Good in my eyes anymore. I never thought for a second I would be doubting myself for buying Maytag here. I'm Shocked.
I would like someone to get back to me here. And would like to hear that the two people I spoke to on the 16 fired. I'm after Spending $1900.00 dollars to buy this set and add another $300 on for the Warranty I bought that's a total of $2200.00 dollars here. I think I'm after spending way too much money for these products that Nevered worked Rite since I got them.
