You don't want to buy anything at the Ace Hardware in seffner florida. Today Oct 31/2019 i went to go pickup an order i placed online. I realized now it was the wrong item and i made that mistake.so i wanted a refund of $4.30 and i thought the refund can be used for 2 items that i really wanted. The heavyset black young woman at the counter said i could not do that so i had to go all the way home to get a credit card to buy 2 items that cost .59 cents. Before i went back home the same cashier got the manager tom to help me. I didn't need any help i could find what i needed myself. The manager treated me like i am stupid and very dumb. He kept saying that i don't know what i want. He was rushing me to pick up my 2 items he never gave me enough time to really look at what was on the shelf.In my opinion the corporation should get rid of tom. He doesn't know how to treat a customer. I even told him that everybody makes mistakes. He made such a big deal out of nothing. It will be a long time before i go to that store to buy something.
