Worst customer service experience ever. Tried for three days for them to correct the error on my shipping address that my friend made when purchasing a gift for me. I got turned around and lied to saying they sent a report to UPS and then escalated the issue for their escalation team to handle. Well, my package was still delivered to the wrong address and just left at their front door! I got an email notification from tracking the package telling me so. Absolutely unacceptable. Do they honestly believe people can just throw money away like that? Wtf?
