Horrible incompetent claims handling, no follow-through, claims managers do not call back timely, overall seem disorganized and with enough moats in place to make it nearly impossible to contact the Corporate Management to handle a problem. I've been with 21st Century for about 20 years, but no reason to stick around! Used to be much better at claims hanlding and customer service of claims reps. No reason for me to give you my money anymore, 21st isn't even the cheapest, and it would be hard for the others to be worse.
