I have a Dell 3750 Laptop with a new Windows 10 installation. After installation, neither the Intel or NVidia graphics adapters work and need to be disabled. After requesting a timeline in order to determine when working drivers will be available (or if there are any workarounds to get a suitable display resolution), I got this disappointing and curt response from Dell:

"I have no information on whether or not Dell is going to be creating any Windows 10 drivers for this system."

This is very disappointing customer-service from Dell. There is nothing wrong with the laptop - it simply needs working video display adapter drivers. An offer to find out from more senior management as to when the drivers are likely to be updated would be a more helpful and a more professional customer service approach.

Your feedback will be appreciated. The first response I got is shockingly bad service quality.
