I have a Moto G that is 2 months old. It will no longer power on and I expect it to be replaced, as it is still under warranty. The call center I keep reaching is Manilla. They told me that the phone is out of warranty LOL. The warranty is for a year, which they seem to be unaware of.

After numerous calls, I was told that I could return the phone and that a shipping label and return authorization would be sent to me via email. I have received nothing.
