I called because it wasn't heating up correctly. The lady on the phone was more worried about my 3 year old fake crying in the background. She wanted to know why he was crying. I said it was a fake cry. I sent him to timeout, he hit his sister when I was on hold waiting to talk to a rep. She then continued to tell me a minute to little ones is like a hour to us. I said he is three and can be in time out for 3 min. She interrupted me and said that's 3 hours to him. Didn't help me at all with the Weber. Crazies customer service I've ever had.
