i have had terrible service from Vista.
I have been chasing you guys to see when my blinds were getting installed.So you gave me a day, you finally came a realised you couldnt install because you never ordered /made bracets,. I have ben calling your customer service and liasing with the showroom manager Joe and still having no luck as she and no body from vista are able to track were the brackets are located. this was payed in full and till today i just received a fax receipt as i have been chasing this up since vista does not have the time to send me a propar receipt.
due to the blinds that have not been installed i have now had to extend my rent for 4 weeks as i cannot move into my house without blinds. Im sick of calling and never getting a respond.
i want someone higher to call me as i would like compensation or a full refund.
your company has been the worst company i have dealt with, and def will never recommend you to anyone. expecially vista putting false advertising information on commercials.
i would like a call from the diector of the company.
not happy !
