Worst signal ever. Never get T-Mobile unless you love dropped calls. I'm done with there contract and will never carry there phone if it was free with a free contract, the frustration of not having signal and dropping a call in the middle of Houston. While standing still, outside, on a clear day. Happened to much. If you do get a plan you won't need many minutes you'll never be able to use them.

This company is the master of the run around. There are a million different departments, none of which are designed to help. This week alone I've spent over 4 HOURS being transferred from one person to another who all say they have no access to my t-mobile account (because that makes sense) and they can't help. All of a sudden when I get angry and demand to speak to a manager, my account information magically appears and they tell me what's going on. I'm looking to switch to another company immedidiately.

i purchased my account 7 years ago i added my husband, daughter and grand daughter. I went to your local store to have my husbands phone # changed to mine, as we are both retired and do not need separate phone #s, i was told that could not be done. I asked if i could drop his phone they said i had to pay $200 if i wanted to do that i would like to drop my grand-daughter's also. WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY $200 PER PHONE WHEN I AM THE ONLY PERSON WITH THE ACCOUNT. ITS HIGHWAY ROBBERY. I am tired of paying almost $300 a month!!!!

I'm along time very loyal customer, now that I've asked for some help. By having the fees waived so I can switch my lines to the "New no contact service" I'm told they can't help me. I spend over $230.00 a month on my current plan. They are only out for themselves. I heard Mr. John Legere is about the customers, but when I send him an email, I was told he's to busy to contact me himself, so he had someone from his team call. All they could do was tell me there's nothing they can do for me.

T Mobile coverage is getting worse everyday in the Willamette Valley! Today I called customer service to ask a question. I had five bars, but the voice on the other end was so garbled she had to call me back. Still couldn't understand her, I eventually gave up. She'll probably get blamed for poor customer service even though she tried to communicate with me. When I'm on job sites in the Portland area they are the only phones that don't work. Every time someone says they can't get a signal some one says 'you must have T Mobile!' and they all laugh. Same problem when I went to the San Francisco area. None of the T Mobile phones worked at my son's wedding, all the other phones were fine. It's not my phone, I have tested other T Mobile phones with the same result. Their plans are cheaper, but I've decided it's not worth the savings if they don't work. I've been with T Mobile for 10 years. Next month my car is paid off and I'm using some of that money to switch to Verizon or AT&T.

I used to have a month to month and had problems. I then went to prepaid and still had problems. So know I just pay when I need to. There are some good things about them. People can sometimes feel helpless and not know how to handle the problems given to them. I look at all the Cell phone Co's you have to take the good with the bad. I don't have any of these problems because I pay when I want. I am going on my 2nd year with just using WIFI free calling and Interent. I am starting to meet more poeple that are doing this. Remember it's just a device. I turn mine off all the time and put it away.

I tried to chat with customer support.
They asked if I was a customer.
I selected "no."
Then, they required me to give them my TMobile number before I could chat.
That make no sense since I am not a customer.
I just went to AT&T and signed up for their plan.
If the support is that illogical, I cannot imagine their service being any good.

I have been a loyal and happy customer for 7 and a half long years and paid $300 EXTRA for a phone they had that I thought only they had, I checked a couple days later (their phone still hasnt arrived) and prices of all the other sellers and companies were $200 to $300 cheaper! I talked to them about it and they didn't even care how I felt and just kept coming up with excuses everytime I gave them a valid point. They are obviously hiring douchebags and careless uncaring asses or not training them to make sure their customers leave happy. I want them to go out of business now and I no longer like T-Mobile... all I asked for was ANYTHING in return to make me feel better about the situation and they wouldn't do ANYTHING and were careless for how I felt. For 7 and a half years I have enjoyed them and liked them very much and told all my friends about them... but now I no longer enjoy being their customer and I have left. Now I am starting to tell everyone how much they suck, how they treat their customers, and don't care to satisfy their customers, and how they will eventually regret being with them just like I have. Who knows, maybes that's why T-Mobile doesn't offer contracts anymore... they care for ONCE and are letting people come and go as they please because of all this angry people that got screwed and then had to pay $200 something dollars to leave. I dislike them so much now that my only advice to them is to hire even bigger careless reps to talk to their customers. Hopefully one day there will be a law that requires ratings and if the company isn't high enough they must shut down, and hopefully one of those companies will be T-Mobile.

To bad we bought metro pcs and all you do is talk about your bad times. Not everything is bad. For your high bills just threaten to cancel. There is great customer service all you losers want is something to complain about. Grow up.

Mareofsteel 3/10/13 8:47AM

T-mobile is a piece of crap company and I'm almost certain having a soul is against company policy. They screwed me over 3 months in a row and tried to get me to pay a bill in January that I paid in November! Supposedly they did not receive the payment yet they wait 3 months to tell me. Hope that company goes under and gets taken over by metro pcs
