I love my Xbox one. Best console ive owned since the Xbox 360. As a person who games a whole lot, I can say ive owned pretty much every console. I enjoyed them all, my personal favorites being the PS2 and the Game Cube. However, I cant say that I havent enjoyed my Xbox one. Overall the best console ive owned, performance wise. Ive met some awesome people on there and play some awesome games. Never get tired of it. Looking forward to buying a whole lot of upcoming games. For example, Anthem; cant wait. Thanks - Eve �¢ï¿½�¥

Hello this is christian hunt and I play black ops 3 on Xbox one and the new contract came out that already has expired the grand slammed I bought it got every single dlc that was missing except 1 which was the kvk or an-94 from black ops 2 so I went ahead and activated the contract before it expired and completed it and I did not get the kvk out of the supply drops or the dlc bribe I'm so mad can you fix this I deserve the kvk because I was supposed to get it because that's the only dlc weapon I'm
Missing I have all sub machine omg snipers secondary specials I just needed the kvk

My sons xbox one will not go past the main xbox screen. He's only had it for about 6-7 months. Any feedback will be greatly appreciated.

I'm a member of the xbox one and I'm trying to get through to Xbox Microsoft to let them know that this is ridiculous that NBA 2k road to the finals is not working and it's a one time thing, but I'm missing out on qualifying.. I think there should be a compensation for the inconvenience

Is there a way I can be reimbursed $59.99 that my checking account was charged for a Microsoft XBOXLIVE ( # being 800 469....Wa) on 3/27/16 ( showing charged 3/28/16.) It was done without permission by my grandson/teen. I only get $615.00 a month to live on with my S.S. check. When he ordered this on my network does it stay on the our XBOX? Or is it a 'one-time-thing? He is not here for me to ask him. I was told the one he ordered is not for his age. I try to keep watch on what they play, because another grandson is only 5. Please call me .I learned of this today when my bank statement came in the mail. Thank you for your time.

This service is Bulls I was on hold for 10 minutes and then some jack a** named brandon hung up on me after I asked him what I needed to ask him. Not a single word was said. You can consider my service gone. I will never buy anything that has to do with xbox again. This entire company owes me an apology. I will also make sure that every single person I know knows about this bulls

Really not happy!!! This has discusted me,I bought mine craft for my self with my birthday money! And it doesn't work, bought the game and bought it again and still doesn't work! Waste of money,you'd can't do your job and it won't let me phone yous,so think of your selfs lucky

Hi my xbox name and i dont like it my dad can see them messages and he will get on me and i dont wont that can you please do something i have a mean history with him and i blocked communication and every thing but still can text me and i tryed reporting the stay away from this player nothing is working your my only choice left so please help

So I got on today to play assasins creed and it said something about not having live and I needed live to play but I have played in the past without it, there was an update or something with the home page thingy recently and that might be the problem but I'm not sure

I talked to Sharita trying to fix a downloading problem and it was honestly one of the best customer service experiences I've had. Although I could not resolve my problem she was as personable as you could get and an all around great employee.

I bought an Xbox live gold membership at miejers. When I tried to download it at home it would not load. We tried several times. Then I took the card back. They refused to give me back my money because the receipt showed that the card had been activated. Iwhat can we do about this. Frustrated

TRIED TO CANCEL MY SON'S XBOX350 LIVE GOLD ACCOUNT TO no avil. yOU'RE SYSTEM OF SUPPORT IS QUITE INFURIATING... IT SUCKS mY ceLL # hOWEVER,Tramane from your 800 # just calledback and took my credit card off the acct....SHE WAS EXCELLENT and professional and understood my aggravation. Thanks

I have a controller to the Xbox one that we bought new and it doesn't work!
I have had several problems with my Xbox where I have had to call u guys on the record and when the system failed after so many times the kids stop trying however now that it is working hopefully for good it would be nice!! So now the controller doesn't work we don't have the receipt because it has sat for a while and I called u guys the other day and then person couldn't help me she says and that I need to return and get it exchanged and they won't without receipt! So I feel since there as been so many problems with my unit that u guys should be able to repair or receive a new one from the company!!!!
I did all the things I could changed the batteries twice made sure they were in good and in contact and used a USB cord hook to box still didn't work!!

I've bought four x-box's in five years. Microsoft products are crap!!!! Will never buy anything from this company again. Every chance I get to influence someone's opinion I will be sure to share my experience. Do not waste your money on x-box go with Sony.
