I have a controller to the Xbox one that we bought new and it doesn't work!
I have had several problems with my Xbox where I have had to call u guys on the record and when the system failed after so many times the kids stop trying however now that it is working hopefully for good it would be nice!! So now the controller doesn't work we don't have the receipt because it has sat for a while and I called u guys the other day and then person couldn't help me she says and that I need to return and get it exchanged and they won't without receipt! So I feel since there as been so many problems with my unit that u guys should be able to repair or receive a new one from the company!!!!
I did all the things I could changed the batteries twice made sure they were in good and in contact and used a USB cord hook to box still didn't work!!
