Hi, I Am Loving The Farm Fresh Apples And Making Recipes. Where Can I Buy More Of Those Apples And Veggatables And Is There Another Cookbook For Them, Thankyou Ps I Am 77 And Have Been Playing Webkinz Almost Since It Started , I Have So Much Fun On Your Game,it Is Safe And Decent,thankyou For Keeping Webkinz Going. fix this site going on face book to see how many are having problems why would you do this to small children come on webkinz owners maybe if we all complain they will fix this mess is there a support group in webkinz world ??????????????????

this site is horrible we have had it for 10 years gets worse and worse now its unplayable so unfair it is not cheap with 4 kids and there hearst are broken come on get with it fix or give refunds webkinz sucks and nobody cares

This site never works. It is very unfortunate because it would be good if my child could play. She tries to play the games but once she earns money the site goes down constantly. Very frustrated with all of it. Will not recommend to anyone. On a scale from 1 - 10 this site is a -10.

Since the upgrade my grand kids can not play. It is sluggish and frankly cannot play any games because of the freezing.They get frustrated and start to cry. I tried cleaning my cookies and also cleaning the disc but this does not still help. My grand kids had no trouble before you changed everything. This website is great when I am babysitting and is working. I even purchased the Delux years ago. My renewal is coming up and I am thinking of dropping it if you don't fix the problem. I am paying for something the children can't use. We try everyday to see if technical support has fix it. Please let med know if there i something I can do?

I have quit webkinz as well as helping youngsters join after the new upgrade. I have played since 2009 and signed on more than 100 kids who purchased multiple webkinz pets. I assisted their efforts over the years and purchased many for them. I cancelled my deluxe membership renewal and will not assist any youngster in their webkinz adventure! You have made it impossible with the new upgrade to keep a pet "happy" and fed! You have left "users" out in the cold with your change in tech help and no way to contact!
You should be more open to customer feedback and input! You will find a drop in purchases in Atlanta!

Very disappointed with the "upgrade". Nothing works as it should, I have to complete a challenge by making a snack in a sandwich maker or stove and guess what, when you click on the stove or any item that makes food you can no longer access the food in your dock!! So it is impossible to make any food! Then there is no more customer service?? Are you kidding? I paid for deluxe and get nothing for it except some stupid gift box and other dumb stuff. Very agitated and would like my money back, but you can only send emails which apparently are NEVER read!! I have had an account for 8 years and now I want to quit!!

I am very very disappointed in the new software upgrades. I do not know how your technology department does not address these issues. It is absolutely impossible to keep your pet fed, no matter how much food you purchase. The pet always is saying he is tired and needs sleep. Many of the games quit, many of the games freeze up, there is no more gardening and these are just a few of the complaints. I can not see that this upgrade has improved the quality of the playing experience. Many problems have continued for months if not years. Now if these issues aren't bad enough, the display is not compatible with my computer. (MacPro) You can not see the entire screen anymore. If you change the display the print is so small for other programs on your computer it is not usable. I would recommend returning to the old format. Changes are not enjoyable when they don't work. Please have your tech people fix the site or change the development company you are using. They do not know what they are doing. In over their heads with this.....

used webkinz as a way for me to play games with my granddaughters I renewed recently and regret they no longer want to play this was before your changes. I would like a refund but nobody returns emails I tried phone no but no one answers. whoever decided to change this should not have done all at once. short changes are better and perfected easier. advertisements are ridiculous since going with facebook. you have lost 3 customers and from the looks of your reviews many more to follow

I hate that they changed webkinz it is sooooo hard you have too feed it and feed over and over. It is really dumb!!! And it was perfect how it was like really!!! And who ever changed it I'm mad at!! I almost don't want to go on anymore!! Sadddd!):):):):!! Ugh - mia

okay i don't what the heck this games problem is but really i cant even by food because i have to be a deluxe member! like for some reason the producers of this game thought it was a good idea to make you have to pay to become a deluxe member to buy anything! like seriously wow thanks webkinz! please fix this

FRUSTRATED beyond Belief!!!! This is the most unfriendly site I've EVER experienced! I've been buying webkinz for my granddaugher since she was born. Now that she's 4, she's ready to play online. I had a snow day off and planned to load her webkinz in and play. I've spent most of the day on this site. Even upgraded to the one year Deluxe version to get rid of the third party ads. I've verified my account and still can't get rid of these ads. I'm furious and wish that I had never seen a webkinz at this point.

I think webkinz needs to stop making everything deluxe. Y'all want to get more costumes right. Well then stop making everything deluxe. I know many people who have stopped playing webkinz because it is deluxe.

I have tried to find some customer friendly cancellation process. It is very difficult to find the necessary forms. My grandson enjoyed the games and pets, but is getting older and is not in to that sort of thing any longer. We need to cancell.

I have had this webkinz account for about 4 or 5 months now, and just recently my mother downloaded the cash cow game on her phone and she lets me play it. Lately all of the money that I earn on It hasn't been going onto my account. And I was just wondering why that is.

My daughter bought a party package which took place saturday January 3rd at 6:00 p.m. eastern time on her account Rubyluby2014. There were several games that were part of the party package she purchased and when the games took place she was unable to participate in any of the games it did not give her an option to join or "go to" any of the games also she did not get a loot bag at the end of the party. She was very upset to the point of tears at not being able to play the games she set up. As far as we could tell the only "reason" this may have occurred is because she had other webkinz of hers in the party room however...this is unacceptable to me because you can only play one webkinz at a time. I told her I would write to customer service and that she would be given another party by you when the situation was explained, and I think that is only fair, however given the fact that we spend an awful lot of time and a decent amount of money on webkinz, and the fact that my daughter was literally in tears for the whole party it really would make it up to her if you would give her 2 party packages like the one she bought... I anticipate your cooperation in this matter and appreciate your understanding and prompt attention... Thank you
