I am disgusted. I have a simple question and you tried to force me to sign up for a support service for $55 a year. Terrible!

I just opened up my new Sony Vizio 50" 4K HD TV. I bought it in November 2019 and since I have been in school, I haven't had time to take it out of the box. I took it out of the box yesterday and my nephew came over today to help me, along with installing my new wi-fi from Spectrum (5G) and when he plugged in my tv, the screen was cracked. There were blue cracks all over the front of the screen. I called Walmart.com where they xfrd me to Vizio and Vizio said I had no one year manufacturer replacement. I disputed this saying that if their tv came out of THEIR box, then it was their liability. George continued to slow talk me but I am going to sue Vizio if I don't get a replacement TV. If I don't, I will never buy their products again.

bought a Vizio tv which was delivered February 15, 2019 and it completely died March 6th 2020. I talked to a Vizio manager named Vincent at 877 698 4946 opt 9 ext 3219 and he said he would get back to me in about 2 days. It's been a week and I haven't heard anything. I told him that the tv went out a month earlier but I thought it was the cable connection so I called Xfinity. It went out completely March 6th and xfinity said there cable connection was fine and the TV was bad. I told Vincent that and he said he would see what he could do and call me back. Haven't heard back. Yes, the warranty did expire but not sure whether it was Feb 9th when I purchased it online or Feb 15th when it was delivered. Either way, do you fine it coincidental that the TV goes out 20 days after the warranty expires. I didn't get any help from Vizio whatsoever. I do understand that they can stand by the warranty date but is that really good customer service and is it also good customer service for a manager to say that he would see what he could do then never call back. That tells me that he didn't do anything. Guess it's time to get a new TV, guess what kind it won't be. Also checking now to see every site that I can send a review to let people know my experience and help with their decision on what make of TV to buy. Very poor customer service and I will let that be known.

Worst customer service department anywhere. Filed a complaint to get a replacement soundbar 2 weeks ago (which is only 2 months old) still have not recieved it. Customer service is a joke and farmed out to third world countries whose English you cannot understand. I own two vizio t.v.s and a soundbar but after this will never buy another product from them.

Very very bad service and just bought this TV. You folks from India are very rude so will probably not ever buy another TV from VISIO!!!!!!!!!!!

I just bought a 40 inches Viizio Tv ,in the box Ad (1080 p'”-120HZ) but when watching System information to my shock it's (480 p'”'”60HZ) the picture is dull and nothing near clarity,,,any way vizio is furnishing is with FALSE AD...thinking of lunching a complain to the MA Attorney General,before I return this lousy tv

My HDMI ports failed after a little over a year, it seems as though many of you TV's have this issue. How can I get these fixed? If I spend over one thousand dollars on a piece of equipment, I would like it to last a few years.

I bought a 42 inch vizio back when flat screens was just coming out lasted about 7 years October 2013 Bought another vizio 55 inch hdtv smart lasted till March 2018 since it was out of warranty suggested to me to buy another one which I will but it will not be a vizio your products should last more than 7 years and 5 years will go to Samsung a much better product I had got family members to buy vizio but not no more sorry vizio your product is not made out to be what you advertise should make your product much more reliable than just to work till warranty runs out will never buy another vizio product and my i mention I also had a sound bar lasted about 4 years sorry products.

My hdmi ports failed 18mo into owning 48" VIZIO tv. Had serviceman repair it. 18month later failed again. Been using cables since but I'm still pissed off that this can't be fixed correctly. By the time I fix again might as well have bought a new TV. Any suggestions

Just wanted to let you know that one of your wonderful reps. friom South Dakota saved us hundreds!
While discussing a TV that was just out of warranty, she asked if we used our AMEX card, which we did. This extended our warranty by an additional year. Kudos to this rep. for offering the suggestion and info, which we were unaware of.......saving us the cost of a new tv.

Dear Vizio:
Please create a TV that our hearing impaired family members can plug their headphones into to hear movies and ALSO a regular audio video jacks, (without the RCA FEMALE) so people can watch movies on their vcr/dvd player easily. If you could add an addition jack for TV Ears it would be wonderful.This way we are not blasting out the neighbors and we can watch tv movies peaceably at own hearing level with a volume control for the headphones. Or make and sell a hearing bar and a jacks for each headphones and TV ears and make a port or jack on the tv it can be plugged into for sound. Hard of Hearing people love watching movies on the vcr too. We can still hear but not well.

This company is he worst I bought a TV and it sucks and doesn't work at all for smart casting when arguing with Vizio they played so stupid and acted like it was my problem they have clearly mentioned they are having alot of problems with the smart cast TV's but instead of recalling there garbage they still sell them and have not fixed the problem. Do not buy these TV's as they give American based products a really bad name. They sent me 3 replacement TV's but what don't tell u is there's no tech support to go to your home to see the problem they sub contract with so many different companys that they have no idea what these other company are doing when u want a refund they put you on hold till u hang up and they don't want to help you for nothing. They want your money for the stupid product but that's as far as you go for help from Vizio of any kind. The service reps are horrible poorly paid losers who treat u as such. Misery loves company and that represents this company. I was told 2 months ago my refund process takes up to six weeks. When calling them today which Vizio has had the TV n my money now for weeks now they now have changed there stance and tryed telling me that once they get the TV and stock it in the warehouse after that then it's 6 weeks for them to proccess, not send me but proccess my refund. They tell u what u want to hear they never fallow up with u they don't do what they tell u. It's just an all around hassle disrespect, embarrassment, and a joke and I'm pushing hard to go after Vizio. I'm warning u!! Do not do bizz with this company. There nice till u have a problem with there product. Today is June 13th 2017 at 5:37pm west coast time. And now I have no TV or no money for a new one. This company is trying so hard to keep my money. 126 million profits come on people let's put these losers who give American bad names to rest. How is this company gonna Bragg about being American based when there screwing over fellow Americans?? Stop buying and trust my experience I wish this on no one if u have questions email me il tell u my story I'm freaking real and pissed as an American!!

i very disappointed that step dad tv goes out less then a week of owning it after repeatedly messing viizo customer service after they said it's going replace the for they proceeded to tell him it's going to be 7 to 10 days. if not longer for his TV delivered today's place then to him for them to replace so he pushed to three weeks for the TV can you guys get a ship one to him either wouldn't know close closer

Bought a new e series has a buzz in the sound tech said move cable box at least 3ft away for real who has their box 3ft away no more vizio to bad last one I had lasted over 100yrs 3ft away what a crock of fill in the rest

The power button on the remote works to turn on but it won't turn the tv off and the button on back of the tv won't turn it off either.

I have had no problem with ur tvs excepet u have eliminated the buttons to change chanels and volume which sucks if u have kids and the remote goes missing. I was reluctant to buy the tv because of that only and now that is exactly what has happened now i only have 1 chanel. No money for a new remote let alone how to program it pleeeeSe put the buttons back on!

Hi, we bought a Vizio smart tv for Christmas almost two years ago. This past summer we started having trouble with tv, it would only turn on if unplugged for a few hours. Support people said it could be repaired for about $350.00. We asked if anyone could help, we were told to pound sand. For another $150.00 we could buy a new one. We decide to buy new, so we bought another brand. I refuse to support a company that does't care to support their customer. Thank you the new one seems great so far. Recently purchased Vizio 50 inch TV for great price, from neighborhood Meijers store, during Thanksgiving holiday. When opening the box, we notice there was No booklet that tells you about product and instructions. Being that my husband and my self are older people, we were wondering if this is a new thing? All profucts should have some type of booklet included. picture was fair.

I have a 55" Vizio HD, smart TV. It is FIFTEEN MONTHS old. Yesterday, i had it independanly vefiried that the display is SHOT. Vizio told me this earlier, but i couldn't believe i was out 895$, plus tax..and there is nothing i can do. They had to come to my house,4 months after purchase, to replace the "main board", so obviously this tv was junk from day 1.
The very first hdtv i purchased, in 2004, was a vizio, and it works as well as the day i got it. Its 32inch, and has 1 hdmi input. Not functional today. I bought a Sony Bravia, 48inch, in 08. I guess my next tv will NOT be a Vizio.

I am trying to get the 3rd Vizio sound bar taken care of. I have been on the phone for 1:25 hours and I ask to speak to someone above the lady I was talking to she put me on hold and no else came on the line and it disconnected. I think 3 tries at that sound bar is enough, I just want my money back. I am very upset and would like some answers. I do have a case number if you need it.

I'm having trouble with the audio on my Vizio tv. The picture is lovely so far but the sound has gone out about 15 times. This last time it won't come back on. The other times all I had to do was turn the set off and when i turn the set back on the audio is perfect. C This time the audio went off on Friday and I performed my little trick of turning the set off and then back on and nothing. I have no audio. I've tried and tried and nothing. I have no sound. I am a big fan of tv but i like the whole tv with picture and sound. Now how do make this nightmare go away. I am 71 years old,with back & leg problems & i am in my bedroom most of the time. The tv is around 2 years old. Please help me out here. Thank you very much in advance!

I would never purchase another Vizio product due to the poor customer service I have received. I have been dealing with support for two weeks now and still don't have this resolved. Television was 5 months old and went blank. After a part was sent as well as a rude technician to repair it, to no avail, still no repaired television. Had to wait another week for Vizio to send me a box to ship it back in and this came without a return shipping label. Now waiting on this to return television and all along Vizio will not send out the replacement until they receive the old one back. This television was my elderly parents (who has been without a television this whole time) and this has been very frustration. At this point, I just want a replacement, very frustrating. I work with the public and if I did my job this badly, I would be looking for another one. NEVER AGAIN!!
