My husband returned an hair iron for me on October 7. We never received the $79.00 refund on our card. We have been told repeatedly that MY credit was posted to someone else's card. It has now been six weeks. I have told the representatives that I will sit in front of the Sarasota store with a sign and tell everyone what has happened to me. This is retail fraud and theft. On Monday, we are calling the Fraud Department of Sun Trust Bank. I have spoke with the store, I have spoke with THREE representatives the past two months who give me the same line: "We will investigate". What the H*** is there to "investigate"? I have both the purchase receipt and the credit receipt. What is WRONG with these people. This was their mistake and I have to wait MONTHS to get my money back? I am NOT letting this theft go. I will actually pay my attorney ten times what I've lost to these people just to get my money back and make this right. What a scam of a store!! How can this type of publicity be worth it to them?
