I attempted to sign up for an account. I put in all of my information and it was accepted.Then I put in my email address and was told it belonged to another account.As far as I know, I never signed up for an account with Twitter.The email address belongs to me, Karen Carpenter,and no one else. I need this to be resolved.
Dear Twitter, I have been a member of your organization since 2012. I have gained a large following and have been very appreciative of your services. I love using twitter and am so sorry you felt it necessary to suspend my account . I understand that you have rules and everyone should adhere to those rules. When you sent me an email telling me I have broken your rules numerous times then informed me don't respond to your email as no one would look at it I was devastated. So this is the only way I can express my distress to you and give you my humble apologies. I am very sorry for breaking your rules and hope you will forgive me and unsuspend my account. Please let me know if you need any additional information or if there is anything further I can do to help resolve this issue. Again, PLEASE reconsider my suspension !!! When are you going to provide customer service over the phone. Yesterday there was a news flash that you are still losing money! No wonder, with no customer service how are you going to grow company? You cannot cost your way to grow. This is ludicrous. You go to 300 million users I nobody can talk to anybody at your company. Twitter will not grow if people cannot use it properly or if there are problems that cannot be fixed. Please give real and not fake news like Donald Trump does. Please, please, please I am begging you and thousands of other Twitter users begging you, Really begging you to do something about this!
Two days ago, I tried to sign up or sign into Twitter for the first time. All was going OK until got to the phone number, when for some reason I had to go to my e-mail (something about the password, I think) When I came back, a message stated that my account had "exhibited automatic behavior" and to continue. But when I entered my 'phone number, there was nothing to verify it against. No luck getting a real person. I googled Twitter for a phone number, which advised I could reach them by e-mail. If it's on the site, I haven't found it.
If there is any charge for for this service, let me know by e-mail but DO NOT PERFORM THE SERVICE! I'd rather do without Twitter than have to pay someone to get me connected to that kind of rude and narcistic service
Twitter You Gave Our Business to A Felon and disgruntled ex-partner without cause
We understand you have 300+ million users and support is hard, but please help us fix this issue. Your support team shut down our company by giving the company twitter account (verified with 250k followers) to a disgruntled ex-partner and felon. You gave it to an email never associated with the account, we protected it with everything, we have the backup, the code, emails, websites, and everything that has managed the account for 5 years but your support made a mistake. We value your service and we spent thousands building the account, we hired employees to help manage multiple accounts. The ex-partner took it, you gave it back to us, then she got it again and shut the company down. 5 years of building a small business dependent on twitter, finally got verified and we can't get help.
We provided documentation, we provided legal documents, the trademark is owned by us and no one will respond. She shut everything down because if she couldn't have it no one could, but we are a partnership and she had no right. You guys gave it to a stranger. We filed criminal complaints of perjury, fraud and larceny over this twitter. We need you to review this and help us restore our business. We do not want to cause any problems or lose our hard work, please tell us what to do. Support responds with a canned response.
She shut it off, we have the backups, we have all the signed paperwork, we have spent a lot because we honored her privacy and the partnership to have her steal 5 years of work.
We understand this was a mistake, she committed perjury by clicking that box that said she attests under perjury and law that what she said is true. You can read the emails, supporting doc's and tweets to know this was not true. Look at the IP's, the tools used, the laptop's used, Hootsuite, all of which managed this for 5 years. Your support gave it to an email never before associated with the account.

Longer have access to a computer I only have my iPhone which apparently isn't able to be used to deactivate this account. I have attempted to call you to speak to a human but you've clearly made it impossible. Do any humans work at Twitter?

twitter is nothing but a waste of time money and efforts in taking up other peoples time with bullshix they cant even have the decency to help with. i would DELETE my twitter account if the bastards would let me back in my locked account to do so. stupid gits with primordial sludge for brains built that site. no wonder thing is not working at all
When I created my account today the app said my email was already in use...I have not had an account before today. I then requested a Pw reset on the account which was successful. When logging into that account I see the name of Wellbrock Terrall..that is not me..the account I created today is and the fraudulent account is which was reported as suspended as well..please investigate

Please help. My soundcloud/Theodore olson Has a problem I can't upload any more. I upgraded to the pro. Paid 135 dollars. And emailed and tried to contact. No help. Nothing. Only to find.
