$34.99 to file taxes and another $34.99 to have the money direct deposited into my account?? Complete scam. I have been a customer for a few years and have NEVER paid $70.00 to file my taxes. I will never use this service again. Not happy.

I bought my Turbo Tax package at Staples this year as I have in the past for $14.99. However when I got to the sale of stocks, the system required me to buy an upgrade for $70.00 to continue my return. Later I found Staples Turbo Tax package on line that does stocks for $49.97. So I ended up paying $35.02 more than I should have.
How can I get a refund of $35.00 that I overpaid?

My spouse and I file taxes Separate. My taxes are rejecting because he owes home buyers credit..which he claims. How do I fix the problem?

I am trying to reach you,I thought you efiled my fed and state returns on 2/12/2015 and today when I went in to print them, it said they had not be efiled yet and I continues instructions to efile and then received a message of rejection on both due to a return already on file for same duplicate soc sec no.s and it needed to be corrected I need you to call me with number I left on my tax reform to call on mobile, email not coming in unless you leave message on the mobile phone I left, Please contact me , you said you would correct error and I checked the header page showing soc numbers and they are correct, Please check your numbers to make sure correct and write back to me, don't want to leave much info on here either thanks please give me a telephone number that I can speak to a person thankyou

I have used this tax program for several years, with no problems. This year, my federal return has been rejected three times--each time I have provided the same corrected information (my AGI for 2013), taken from the 2013 tax return. My frustration level is rising rapidly. When I call the provided number to get a PIN, I am informed that I do not need one, even though it is requested repeatedly. I have no doubt the federal form will be rejected again, for the fourth time. Reaching a living human being at Turbo Tax has been impossible.

I just found out today that the IRS has put a hold of all taxpayers accounts that have filed through Turbo Tax. There's a breach in their system!!

A giant rip off,the last time I use turbo tax!! National ad states state tax filing is free, but they want to charge me over $19.95. Then their stupid system won't take any charge or debit cards. I can't finish my taxes thanks to turbo tax!

I called TT on Feb 7 for the free upgrade. I left a phone number for a call back. Nobody called back after not leaving house all day. They advertise a fix and don't follow through. We are not all stupid.They expect customers to come back just by saying they are trying to fix a problem they created and to trust them Good Luck.

I tried to.complete my tax forms n then it said I was done but that some of my forms were'ntt ready. A Form RPD-41272 I have absolutely no idea what this is..I don't,know who to talk to or how to complete my paperwork...help

To all the idiots who are complaining about schedule this or schedule that not being included. They all have the same schedules included. Just walk you though different things depending on which version you buy. Don't blame a company for your ignorance!

I think if you are not going to let us have a copy of our tax return after we send online on the free federal return. You need to make it known up front where you choose which category you are going to file under that you do not get a copy before we go through the process. I'm not going to sit & read all that fine print that you hide it in.....Not represented very well.....

My returns were rejected because of missing health information - I answered all questions on my return (health insurance is totatlly paid by my employer). Turbo tax just tells you to fix the health insurance question 61, but they don't tell you how to fix it or what to amend. I can't find any way to contact these people for help. At this point I just want to cancel my filing, get my fee back from Turbotax and go to H&R Block. What a nightmare!!!

Like others.....no schedule C or D so after using your deluxe program for 10+ years I just switched to H&R Block's program and so far no complaints. It supported my OSX 10.6.8, was cheaper; loaded quickly; transferred my 2013 TT info.......bye by Turbo Tax......not a good business decision on your part.

I have used this product for decades. A big thumbs down for removing Schedule C & D capability from the Deluxe edition!!!!! This is now pedantic, not deluxe! Many users simply need these schedules for a few small investments or a single 1099 and are not frequent traders or visit brokers. It has been a basic requirement for most itemizers for years, and is in fact the only reason some must itemize! (I don't even need the Q&A if that helps - just need the forms to compute and link.) Furthermore, the required upgrade, Premier, does not appear to be available in the large box warehouses - one must purchase the small business for even more money, or order directly from Turbo Tax and wait - don't trust the download with no CD. If indeed the company costs have increased, I would much prefer them to be upfront rather than changing the features in all their product lines. Really creates confusion and problems. Bad business practice - they will lose customers, and deserve to!!!

Two weeks ago, I purchased the 2014 Turbo Tax Deluxe Edition CD, as I have done for the past 10 years, but much to my surprise, found that the" New Deluxe Addition " did not support Schedules C and D, as in the past. I telephoned Turbo Tax Customer Service to voice my displeasure, particularly, as these significant changes were not highlighted on the CD Box, and now required a more costly upgrade to the Home and Business Edition.
Fortunately, your Customer Service Representative, Michele Lawford, handled the situation in a friendly and professional manner, and provided an accommodation that resolved the issue to my satisfaction.
Turbo Tax is quite fortunate to have Michele, as a Customer Service Representative, as her actions demonstrated to me that Turbo Tax is committed to maintaining its customer base by
taking corrective action on a poorly communicated change in Tax Editions.

Just purchase 2014 Deluxe Turbo Tax and found out it does not support Sch D. It did last year and not I have to pay additional $30. This really pissed me off I have been a long time user of TC and now you give me the shaft. Not sure If I can recommend TC to any one especially in light of deception type practices. What a way to keep customers..

I have bought Turbo Tax for many years to do my taxes. This year my cost for your new revised product has more than doubled. Additionally, I received an email ad from you that stated I would receive $15.00 off if I bought the product before January 17th. I bought Turbo Tax Premier on Jan. 14th at Best Buy in Alabaster, Alabama but there was no sign of a $15.00 discount. Needless to say I am not happy with what has transpired and this will probably be the last year that I will buy your product. My phone number is and my email is if you have any questions.

i understand from reviews the deluxe no longer includes schedule c and others without opting for an upgrade.for that reason i will no longer purchase turbo tax and will try others on the market as long as they support those schedules.i have used it the past 5 years and have always recomended it .shame.what you gain in the upgrade may be out weighed by lost sales.

Hello my name is Hayley and I've been a turbo tax customer for 4 years. Last Friday, the 19th of September, I spoke with Colle for over an hour on the phone, as she helped me through some issues on my computer that I honestly never thought I would be able to resolve. She was so lovely to talk to, unbelievably helpful, patient, and truly I love her and I feel like she's the best person in the world!! I have never had as great of a customer service experience. I was totally overwhelmed at the beginning of the call, and after 2 minutes of talking to her, I felt better, and by the end, I was more organized than I thought was possible and I was sad to say goodbye to Colle! I have never written a review before, but I just want to make sure Colle gets the recognition she deserves. She is the ideal employee and should be the role model for all turbo eployees!

The light blue boxes with white letters (to continue or otherwise) are virtually impossible for this old man to read. White on a dark background or vice versa would help many of us 15 year faithful users!

I need to speak to a person regarding my taxes I submitted a month ago and was told the government had a form they were putting out but hadnt yet. I was told id be notified upon the forms release. I have heard nothing.
