Two weeks ago, I purchased the 2014 Turbo Tax Deluxe Edition CD, as I have done for the past 10 years, but much to my surprise, found that the" New Deluxe Addition " did not support Schedules C and D, as in the past. I telephoned Turbo Tax Customer Service to voice my displeasure, particularly, as these significant changes were not highlighted on the CD Box, and now required a more costly upgrade to the Home and Business Edition.
Fortunately, your Customer Service Representative, Michele Lawford, handled the situation in a friendly and professional manner, and provided an accommodation that resolved the issue to my satisfaction.
Turbo Tax is quite fortunate to have Michele, as a Customer Service Representative, as her actions demonstrated to me that Turbo Tax is committed to maintaining its customer base by
taking corrective action on a poorly communicated change in Tax Editions.
