This might be a waste of time after all the negative comments I have read on this web site, but here goes. I have a Timex watch that I absolutely love what I ordered off Amazon. It is orange with black trim that has Indiglo printed on the front bottom. The band is plastic like material. The watch band has broken and and I have tried to replace it and no one seems to have one that will fit. I would like either a new watch band or to replace the watch.

I guess Timex has given up on customer service. I have waited 4 days for a watch band to ship. Customer service is worthless. Time to switch brands.

I have e mailed Timex TWICE requesting help acquiring a manual for a Model T78677 wrist watch that I received as a gift without a manual. They say that I Will get a response within one business day but I guess they have not trained anyone in what constitutes a DAY. Timex had been a good company and I suggest everyone purchase other brands if you want customer service.

I have been a Timex Ironman watch purchaser for the last 20 years. Recently the last 2 watches in 12 months I have worn overnight leave a Red itchy Chemical Burn. I gave one watch to my son and it effected him the same way.I don't know what rubber compound you're using but,It's Bad.

I just called your # about a $40~$45 watch that is 2 months old. It's an inexpensive Expedition analog, black face,black fiber band with date. It doesn't keep time. It loses time. I was informed I have to return it to the Wal Mart I bought it at (another state) with receit (thrown away).That being the only solution available, i will return to a local Wal Mart and purchase a new watch. A Casio. I normally buy a new Timex every couple of years. I'll be sure to tell everyone I know of my experience. Thank you for your time.

I returned my Timex watch for a refund in December and they never notified me about receiving the package until I finally called a second time in early January. They said they had the watch and would be giving me a refund and confirmation email the following day. It has been 10 days and I still have no email or refund from them. It's frustrating enough that I wait more than 30 min just to speak to an employee every time I call.

Mailed my watch for repair/warrenty on Dec 1st, 2017. USPS tracking # issued. As of Dec 26th, 2017 Timex has yet to even sign or acknowledge receiving it. USPS has indicated it is in Plainfield, IN as mailed by me. Timex is using every available method to stymie deliver and fixing warrenty watches timely.

I can certainly understand why your customer service department only has a 2.9 rating!!! Most unhelpful customer service I've seen other than Comcast!!!!

Dear customer care team ,


Ref to the above , I purchased the watch in Saudi Arabia on 19/8/16 and the watch it is not working

Checked the net for Chennai dealer ,so went to P&ORR show room service ,and they refused to accept the watch under repair due to warranty

Advised to go to Timex watch service (company owned )

More over not revealing the service centre details and we have to search the service centre in Anna Nagar .Chennai .India more than one hour

What is use of havinga dealer , who is repairing the watch undercash but under warranty .not possible

Even our own watch.

another one. repaired immediately .today

Would like to know the warranty policy and the undersigned watch should be done immediately or replace the watch

I have purchased Timex watches for decades. I get the ones that are water resistant to 100 meters, because I do not like to take my watch off and on during showers, swimming, doing dishes etc.
In the last year, I purchased 2 Timex watches with my usual features, and BOTH of them have become foggy and eventually die. I replaced the batteries in both of them, but this did not help. What should I do?

I bought a humvee watch in 1996 in Germany it's been in 4 peacekeeping missions and one war now that I'm retired from the Army my humvee watch retired from working lol. it ran it's course please tell my how I can replace my tan humvee watch with a tan velcro wrist band. Sincerely Ssg.Frame,Dean.

Have tried for a few days to contact customer service by phone, both the 800 number and the 888 number. All I get is "all circuits are busy". Very frustrating.

Just got my new ironman run trainer today and can't charge it. No indication of any kind on the watch. Checked usb on computer. Checked connection on watch. Cleaned connection contacts on watch and clip. Also why don't your 800 number work? Called it all morning.

I bought a timex watch aboard a south African airways flight last year, and after some months the crown feel off and disappeared. I live in Brazil and so far no one could get it repaired. I'd like to know if it's possible to get it fixed on cape Town, because I'll be there in December. The model is very similar to the Timex Expedition Paracord Watch, except for the band. I Bought a Timex indigo watch in January and was caught out in the rain. Now moisture has accumulated inside of it.My watch states that it is WR360m,"Can I get a replacement?" If I send it in to you? I personally think that no moisture should of got in. I don't have the recipe from when I purchased it. I really like this watch and have hopes of yous to replace it. Thank you for your time. Contact is not easy and I have been succesfuly blocked from sending a message as to where to send my watch for repair. I have pulled the stem out of the watch whilr trying to reset the date display.. I suppose this type of repair will be at my expense.

I ordered a watch from Timex, it was supposed to come in 10 days which it didn't and order has been "pending". The toll free # on the website doesn't work so I called the Corporate #. I have been waiting for a customer service rep for 15 minutes so far, terrible customer service!

I sent a watch to be returned along with an extra band that I had bought. I also sent a Expedition to be repaired. I called and talked to a wonderful lady who gave me a RMA number and told me that's all that I had to do to get my items returned and repaired. She didn't tell me that I needed to put the number from my watch on the invoice so that I could have it repaired. I put the items in the same box that I received my new watch. When I called yesterday I talked to customer service person and her supervisor that needed to learn how to deal with the public. I was finally able to get the refund for my new and band, but I was told that because I had not put the number from the back of the old watch on the invoice, I was out of luck and it was my fault and they would not do anything to get my watch fixed. I knew that the watch was not under warranty, and I was planning to pay for the repairs. The CSR didn't even give me a chance to explain that. She would sent me a paper and for $20.00 I could buy another watch. So the watch that I had for the last 10 years, and one that I had sent in before for repairs, was gone and they told me that I was out of luck. Finally I talked to a supervisor and was told the same thing. I told them that I was 30 year customer, but because of how I was treated, I will NEVER EVER buy another Timex product. I work in retail and I deal with mad customers every day, but I have never ever been dealt with this like or before. I know that I'm sending this on deaf ears and nothing will be done, because you probably think that I'm just a upset customer, and that I really don't count. You can do what you want with this comment, you will probably just push delete.

Horrible service from "Julie" on 4-17-14 at 14:45. Exceptionally rude, used foul language and hung up on me. She must hate herself and her job to act so. But thanks, because I will no longer worry about repairing my watch. I'll trash it and go with a different brand. I'm sure Timex is on its way out anyway if they've reduced themselves to hiring such people to represent them.

All I want to do is re-set my Ironman watch with the new time zone tonight.

Nothing online helps. Timex customer service only open 9-5 M-F.

I just found my old timex in my drawer. My
children remember me wearing it everyday -
forever! I love it but it did stop running
and I was told it was unrepairable. It has
Winnie the Pooh on it with an "oh,bother"
look. Is it possible to replace it? I
bought it about 1985-1990?
