Your service suck the sale people lie to there customers I will put this all over until you people are gone!! I will call my news station and tell them how you people lie, my tv for $3000 you can not get the Internet you can not change the station an not adjust the volume some body better call me and fix the problem or I will be your worst customer

This is my first time buying from TigerDirect.com. It was terrible. I picked the shipping 2-6 days and charged $12 for it. A week has been past, it is not yet shipped.

Recently ordered a TV which was on sale. The box arrived completely opened, and with a big hole cut out in the middle. Naturally I refused the shipment and have UPS sent it back. They will not ship me a new unit but insist that I place a new order. By that time it's no longer on sale. They also will not refund the shipping cost. Now it seems to me that until I accepted the shipment, they are responsible for the unit. I will look elsewhere for future purchases.

Customer service will answer but, doesn't wont to resolve the simple issue, and or a simple resolution.
Its nice to have all the money in advertise, but it makes no sense to have no customer service after the purchase of the merchandise.

I am retired and build custom computers as a hobby. Recently a local business owner and personal friend fried the motherboard on his main office computer. No problem for me - right. I ordered a new motherboard from Tiger Direct that would take his good 775 3.4Ghz CPU, and a 128 GB SSD hard drive that I was going to install the new opperating system on. Since the board required DDR3 memory I also ordered 8Gb of DDR3. I knew when I placed the order that the motherboard was coming from a 3rd party vendor and would take a little longer. But I have had the SSD hards drive and the memory sitting on my counter for a week now and there is no sign of the motherboard. As far as the tiger direct site goes it is shown as still not shipped.
So now I have an upset customer who will probably now not be happy no matter what I do and I can't get Tiger Direct to tell me when I might see this motherboard.
This is terrible service and Tiger Direct does not deserve anyone's business if this is the way they operate.

I've called them for days stayed on the phone for at least an hour every time just so that I could cancel an order that had been back ordered after I bought it with no email or anything telling me that the item is now on back order. In order to get in contact with them I dialed 1-800-800-8300 then when the recording came on I pressed 0 this is the fastest way that I've found because their customer service is really non existent.

Do not buy from this site I have been on hold for 157 minutes and counting and this is the third time calling and I waited for an hour each time and gave up. Stay away stay away,from tiger direct you will be better off. I am calling consumer affairs and the BBB its that bad trust me people.

Needed to cancel an order. Waited 20 minutes and when I finally talked with someone, she told me their system was being updated and she couldn't do anything (this was at 9:00 a.m. CST). She told me I had to call back in an hour. At 11:00 a.m. I called again, stayed on hold for over 50 minutes - finally sent an email and went to lunch. Came back and called again. Have now been on hold for 1 hour and 10 minutes. I think there is no one there....

your customer service stinks- I tried for 3 hours erly pm trying to cancel order and got same omessage adnausium- noone can take this long to get a real person. Will never recommend this site for anyone!!!

The customer service is non -existent...won't even answer the phones in the last week. Never again for me
