I'm so disappointed with Tesla customer service. I'm getting a notice that I can renew my music streaming, and yet, my car has not had music for the last three months.
Then there are the charges on my cc when I haven't super charged for a number of months. I really don't have time for this nonsense!
I have other complaints but then your customer obviously doesn't give a crap, if you did there would be an easier way to communicate.

Tesla service sucks. My car has unusable for a week with 5 errors including power steering not working, ABS not working, regen braking not working. They text me to ask for more details, I respond immediately, then hear nothing for a week. I have to drive a dangerous car into the service station to get it fixed and wait a week for an appointment. Terrible.

Want to complain about not binging able to talk to somebody at the westmont service department. Had car serviced today and they didn't even wash my car

I've had a solarcity account since 2015. Very happy. Now that I have to switch to Tesla they don't recognize my account. Customer service is a joke. I had an appointment to have Powerwall installed. Took off work boarded my pets only to have them come and say there was a problem. The install was postponed. After sending me several new contacts with different amounts to be signed I asked for an explanation of service being done Original install was in April. Just got the explanation recently. So I've spent $350 and got nothing. Customer service is terrible and so I'm left with the problem do I continue or do I look for someone else.

Customer support is near impossible to get hold of. Phone does not get answered. Emails take several days to receive a response. Absolutely the worst part of Tesla is live customer service/tech support.

My husband has been on the phone for an hour and 20 mins waiting for tech support to help us solve a problem re: our S. It's unbelievable and ridiculous that he was told it would be an hour wait. It's even more ridiculous that it's even later than that! While the quality of the vehicle is nice, customer service is the worst. Shame on this company for such poor service.

I understand you guys are trying to get a lot of people solar energy...but you're 1800 number is calling every day and it is getting old. My name is Zach Burke Burke and my number if you could contact whoever is harassing me I would appreciate it if you tell them to stop thank you
