Teleblend is great when it works... but when it shuts down the automation email says service will take a week to get going. Right now even their website is down.. ANd there is NO phone number to call for help. None at all!!! And don't bother asking for any equipment upgrades,,, my box is over 12 years old,, it came from sunrocket,, and teleblend says it's up to date and state of the art... Really???

Hi
I have made contact with your support team in getting my phone working. I have paid 120.00 dollars in payments with no service no answering no call back my service is ZERO. I also made a payment of 166 and lost all my phone service I have a new GIZMO I have text/email and so on with no success I have been with this service for 15 years or more and never had trouble. Now it's down to do I have service or not or has my money just been taken from me and should I seek other service from other providers I need my land line ASAP. Please advise or make a connection of phone service.

I don't completely agree with the comment regarding going to Metro regarding TMo. It is not a fair comparison. Level 3 and Teleblend are not likely still affiliated. It appears as though that was the outage we experienced a few months ago that lasted for nearly a month. This is supposition on my part mostly because TB won't be frank and honest with us. During my porting process there were several times at the beginning that the new company mentioned Level 3 and requests for more information. Then after several weeks of this the company mentioned changed to Broadvox. Much like I had attempted when Level 3 was brought up I attempted to contact BV. However I was able to reach someone at BV and she was able to give me a status on the release of my number. The relationship between TB and BV was a new one and appeared to be a replacement CLEC for Level 3. This could have been for a number of reasons but whether it was money or another reason our loss of inbound calling was likely a direct outcome. So I was in a round about way able to gain valuable information by contacting the other company. Additionally I hope that they (BV) heard my complaint and understood the bad relationship they may be getting themselves into by doing business with TB.

That other company can't help you with Teleblend issues.

It's like going to T-Mobile when you're actually a MetroPCS customer. Yeah, T-Mobile is affiliated with MetroPCS, but you're a MetroPCS customer.

I was without service from June 17th until August 6th. I called, email, opened trouble ticket. It took me attempting to switch number to another carrier to get response. They said it would be fixed any day and I could have a 25%_discount if I stayed. I passed and asked them to allow the number to port to new carrier. So they declined the new carriers request and stopped returning my emails. I contacted the FCC, who controls their license, no response from them either. Two weeks later I get an email saying thanks for your patience. What choice did they give? Avoid these guys!!

I switched to another provider back in March of this year, which it seems like when the extended outages started. Come to fin d out on July 31st, Teleblend ported my number back to themselves, without my permission. Not a customer of Teleblend for about 5 months, my inbound calls go to Teleblend voice-mail. I have tried calling the phone numbers listed, but they only direct you to send an email, for each prompt. Sent emails, but they seems to go unanswered. Port my number, without my permission? I would type of SCAM this has become.

Ok. I can see the end of the tunnel. So if you are reading this you are most likely in the same boat. Here is what I have found out. Teleblend WAS affiliated with Level 3 communications and now they are affiliated with Broadvox as a reseller. My assumption is that was the period of our outage for inbound calling. The time that was spent negotiating and ultimately changing from Level 3 to Broadvox. I am finished with Teleblend. I have been attempting to port my number since July 8th. After figuring out the above I called Broadvox today and took advantage of them actually answering the phone. As luck would have it the lady on the phone was able to give me an update on my port request. It will take a few days longer than I want but it is scheduled for a day next week. I guess my advice is to google Broadvox and include this tip in your porting adventure. I wish Teleblend no ill will. I had nearly 8 years of great service. Hopefully they can pick up the pieces of what is happening now and pull it back together. A big part of that is that they have to have a mechanism for customer support. Not answering calls or emails is not the way to run a business.

No inbound service for at least a month. Long delayed response. Promised it is working every time. Its NOT. Have a new service up and running but can't port my number to it because Teleblend has it locked. Really want to keep old number because I've had it for 47 years.

I like Craig have been a faithful customer since the shady Sunrocket failure and Teleblend seamless takeover. I have experienced great service until the last 6 - 8 months. Ironically the service has had several price increases in that period to the point that they are charging nearly what the competitors are charging. That said this last outage has lasted nearly a month with emails from TB that didn't start until the outage was nearly 2 weeks old. I have started the porting process in an attempt to save my phone number but it has been blocked twice by TB. Once for a mismatch in zip code and so far no word on why this second time. In the time that we have had TB service the zip code here was changed. I corrected the zip code on their billing site a long while ago. It seems they were comparing to a value from when I signed up. No big deal correct the zip code and resubmit? Waiting to see why the second time failure. I just wanted to quietly go and they won't let me. Unfortunately they are in the position of winning this one but will ultimately lose as I don't think they will be around much longer.
P.S. Knowledge ranking is based on that I am sure they KNOW what they are doing and are making calculated decisions. Reachability You CAN NOT reach a human on the phone, period!

Teleblend is done, for me at least. I had the same issues as most have here, can call out but not get a call in This has been going on since mid June at least, I told them to cancel my account but they said I still owed them for the last month. So I paid the damned bill, I did not want my number ported and they responded, thanking me for paying. I had been a customer from the beginning and had been reasonably happy with their "service". This was the last straw
This company is a day late and a dollar short. It was not until the last week that I had EVER gotten an email from them to explain they had an issue providing service. What a waste, but then their escalating prices were out of line so GOOD BYE Teleblend

VERY Bad Customer Service - no response to phones & Service tickets

Have not had service since 6/20/15. Have a dial tone, but no one can call in.

So i have not had any teleblend phone service today. I do get a dial tone (which by the way is the worst, quite misleading) you falsely assume your phone is working, when in reality it is not. When you dial a number, you consistently get a busy signal; and you keep dialing and dialing dialing, unaware that you are wasting your golden time.

Are you fellas ever going to have live calls again? Frustrating not being able to speak with somebody.

And how soon can you restore my service? my email address:

for 2 days already 5/20/2015 and no one responded poor service 2 nd time this year that the service was interrupted !

No phone service from Teleblend for two days 3/12-3/13. Website disappeared and no phone contact. The service came back on late on 3/14 with no communication from Teleblend whatsoever. While the service was still up I decided to switch to a better service. I wanted to change service as I was very disappointed with the way Teleblend operates. I was signed up for emails when bill was due and other communications, never received anything from them. They would post credits for referring people to their service and then reverse them so you never actually got the credit. I paid for the yearly fee and the monthly fee doubled in two short years with no explanation as to why. This was the push I needed to take action. Good riddance Teleblend.

phone has been out for a week. Are you still in business?

My phone went out. So did the Teleblend web site. I could not reach their customer service number with my landline. Therefore, I just ended my long term contract with Teleblend. Good bye.

Still no service in NJ on the fourth day, no response. This is ridiculous. Is this the end of Teleblend?

In my 8 years with Teleblend this is the first lengthy outage of 24 hours that I can recall .... when compared to the terrible service level of DIRECTV ... Teleblend does pretty good.

No phone service for 2 days, Have rebooted numerous times. I see some are getting there phones back, but not here in Michigan. I just had a number ported over to Teleblend last week, and now both numbers out. Second number is a business incoming only. Guess will look into a new service on Monday.
