Teleblend customer service reviews

Read the reviews below to see the experience other people have had when dealing with customer service from Teleblend.

Teleblend seems to be back up with little explanation as to what happened. No emails to affected customers, no apologies, nothing other than this message on their home page: "We are currently experiencing problems with telephone service in some areas and are working to resolve the issue" OK, first of all what "problem" affects phone service, customer service phone numbers and a web site for about 24 hours? I have a feeling they realized the fines and trouble they could get into just closing shop. I am going to Ooma this week and porting my number. Adios rip off Teleblend!

Glad I left Teleblend for Ooma a few months ago. I have been with them since SunRocket days but service was going downhill and price was going up. Number ported over smoothly. Now that Teleblend is back and you can port number I suggest you guys weigh your options. Also i noticed that BBB has Teleblend listed as having 2 employees. That sounds about right.

My phone is working this morning (in New Jersey). Glad I didn't rush to change service. Let's hope they stay in business. They must have lost a huge number of customers.

Looks as though TeleBlend is up and running Sat 03/14/15. 8:00AM CDST
Not to warm of a feeling right now that I went through this fiasco. After unplugging the Gizmo and rebooting it, all the services were back

Teleblend website appears to be backup. But my phone service is NOT. I'll be changing ASAP.

Teleblend website came back up. I guess they are still around.

I'm too experiencing the same problem since last night. Is this company still exists? Or they ran away. I am a longtime customer of teleblend - since sunrocket days. May be time for a switch!!

It's now 11:00 pm on 3/13/15 and still no service or ability to reach anyone via email or website. I've been with them since Sunrocket days. Within the last year support has been terrible. No reply to my emails sent them. The price fluctuates from month to month w/no explanation. Ridiculous. Now I can only believe they've shut down. I went with another company today who said they can port my numer that I've had for 18 yrs, We'll see. I'm hoping, but fearful it can't be done. More than poor service for a company that used to be excellent. Damn shame to leave their customers in such a predicament.

Looks like Teleblend is still off line, phone, web page and of course the VOIP service is down as well This is of 9:50 P.M. central daylight savings time March 13 2015.
The FCC is going to have to mandate some sort of notification service if these VOIP providers experience a major blow.
Surly someone knows what has happened to Teleblend?

Teleblend is GONE, KAPUT, OUT OF BUSINESS! But yes, you can still port your number to a proper VoIP provider such as Voip.ms, CallCentric, VOIPo, CircleNet, Anveo, Future-Nine.

Teleblend DOES NOT 'OWN' OR CONTROL YOUR NUMBER ... the number is controlled by a CLEC such as Level 3 Communications or Bandwidth ... or one of several other companies that supply numbers to VoIP providers and direct incoming traffic to those provider's servers which, in turn, send the calls to your device. Your numbers are NOT LOST! The providers mentioned above should be able to port your numbers from the appropriate CLEC to one of their own CLECs that serve your rate center (maybe the same CLEC for both Teleblend and the new provider).

But start the porting process now to assure your number is not reclaimed after a while by the CLEC..

Down all day 3/13/15. Teleblend still in business?

Someone please let me know if you were able to port your number to another VOIP carrier.
Has anyone filed FCC complaint yet?

I am not sure how any company can port the numbers we had with Teleblend... Since there is no one on the Teleblend side to acknowledge when the new company requests the authorization for the port.

Unless, I am guessing the porting process wrong.

- lost 2 numbers with Teleblend MIA -

Can someone fill me in on what is going on with Teleblend. My service is down, cannot get to their webpage, no working number to call them... ARGH!!!!

I created a trouble ticket this morning via email. Here is their reply: 'we are currently experiencing an outage on our network. Or engineering dept is aware and working on a resolution. We appreciate your patience'. Let's hope that is truthful and this in only an outage. I don't remember an outage lasting more than a day or two in the past. If they were out of business I don't think there would have been a reply at all....

Filed a complaint with the FCC. I have had my number for almost 25 years and hope to be able to keep it. Elderly parent lives in house and phone is how she contacts friends/family. Totally unacceptable, at least when sunrocket shutdown it wasn't this bad.

This is unacceptable. I even don't know how we can transfer the number now. Is there any news on Teleblend? A company cannot disappear so abruptly without notifying customers.

I tried to port my number to ooma in January and Teleblend refused to do it saying that the billing name didn't match, which is funny because I checked my bill at that time and it did. We lost service at 9:15 east last night in the middle of a call. My guess is they have shutdown and we have lost our numbers.

VOIP Service down for me too since last evening. Can't find a good Support # to call. Thinking of switching to a more reliable service.

I tried to port to ATT U-Verse phone and ATT was not able to port my number. I think I am out of luck on porting as well.

Haven't had service since last night and not able to reach by email or web page. We have two lines both of which go to our fire alarm system. When I try to call my number it says service is discontinued. Unacceptable service.

Apparently the outage earlier in the week was just a "warning". When I submitted a support ticket on 3/11/15 saying it seem like they mistakenly close my account I got a reply:

A comment was added to your ticket by: TammyB.

This issue is being escalated to our engineering dept and will be resolved as quickly as possible. We apologize for the error and inconvenience.

...but then I checked the site on 3/12 and saw the note about a general outage and rebooted the gizmo and service was back. Today it look like their domain name service is completely gone, so nothing would work (website can;t work, no email could get through). So either they had a REALLY back IT failure, or they closed-up shop. Like the other posted I've been with these folks since the SunRocket days but guess it's time to give-up and try to get our number ported elsewhere. Thankfully not too many people call our home # anymore.

I have had no dial tone since last night when I went to make a call on 3/12/15. I cannot get teleblend.com to come up nor my account page. Is this Friday the 13th? What is happening? If it wasn't for this web site that allows comments, I would not be able to contact anyone. If they are out of business, I never got any incling of it.
How do I turn off my direct billig credit card? Got to contact my card company I get. They need to at least get their website back up to let customers know what is happening. I also want to port my phone number out! Thanks. Sam in VA

No phone here in NJ either, and when you call their customer service number (tried from my cell phone) you get connected to an offer for a "panic button" for senior citizens! What a mess.

Lost SunRocket 'VOIP' connectivity on Gizmo.
