I need help programming my universal remote with DirecTV to work with my symphonic conbo TV.

My remote stopped working and was frozen on Video 1. I telephoned your customer service to find out how to access the channels without the remote. The representative by the name of Brian was helpful, pleasant and courteous. He explained things in a very clear manner. The most pleasant encounter I have ever had with a customer service representative with any company. -- and he helped me solve my problem.

I have Purchased one Air cooler two years back only four months it was worked properly after the the De watering washer was damaged still i am searching no proper reasonable answer from the shop which was i purchased and your concern representative in our area.the phone no of your representative is and but last one and half years your air cooler is sleeping in my house if you try to woke up the cooler it will very use full for me
