The Sunoco station, Hartman's Gas & Oil, in Petersburg, WV displays the following message on their computer-generated message board: Let's Go Brandon. I find this in very poor taste and a bad reflection on the Sunoco brand. Although Joe Biden is not my favorite president, displaying a veiled pornographic message like that when this country is so divided politically is wrong on every level and reflects poorly, in my opinion, on the Sunoco brand. In fact, I will never patronize a Sunoco station again and will encourage my family and friends to do likewise. I don't know how much influence corporate Sunoco has on franchises, but I would hope that issue could be addressed with the franchisee and subsequent removal of that tasteless message could be accomplished. Thank you.

Would like to thank Chase for taking my call this morning had an incident at the Albany New York Delaware avenue and Whitehall road station was in line was not done with my transactions and was told to step out so they can knock out the next two customers quickly, wanted to play some numbers never had this happen before in all the gas stations and stores have been to in the past. I felt that if a customer's online once their business is concluded you can take the next customers why would they ask you to step aside the cashier because they want to take someone else first didn't quite understand that part does not matter if they asked me to step aside the point is finished with me and take your next customer who is waiting patiently.

Store # 40380. I use every morning , the Manager is Donna.....always so friendly, knows her regular customers very well. The store is always clean at 6::15 am and the coffee station is always clean.

I made a gas purchase off my debit card. I tried to get $22 but they ran it and then THEY told me there was only 18.53 on my card and then he tried to run my card for 17$ which was declined even though they told me 18.53 was on card! You can clearly see where it says preauthorzied for 18.53! He now trying to tell me the bank has hold for the 18.53, not true because it went thru as a transaction and I got NO GAS and they are not refunding my money! They took 18.53 and I got nothing!!

My credit card was hacked by someone at the Memorial Parkway location in Phillipsburg NJ. It started with a .10 charge to a magazine subscription. Luckily it was caught early. I noticed the last 3 times I got gas that I had to ask for my receipt. Beware of them!!!

I recently walk over to the Sunoco that is a short distance from work, where I regularly stop on several times a day.just past Tuesday I needed to cash my check and thought while I was I there would do so. When I ask cashier if he could cash check he was very grumpy about it. So ask other cashier to help me. )Laughing I said come on Linda help me. I'm sure exactly what happened but he became very rude and very rude and he even said the f word twice while laughing and reply ing that my lowsy dollar wouldn't b missed. When I approach the manager stating that is that how he was going to let the cashier treat me he had no response. U have been shopping there almost daily for two years. My family goes there almost every nite. My neice and nephew go there frequently for candy and drinks. IAM sorry to say my family and I will never step foot on that property again. IAM highly offended by the reaction of the cashier and the manager. I've been in the management field and supervisor position almost every job I've had and I know that treating your customers respectfully is number one. As a manager I beleave in that situation the cashier would of gotten fired on the spot. I do not beleave I'm wrong and would like an apology from both of them and the cashier to be repramended some how. FIRED actually. Thank you for your time.

I got bad gas ar 2558Pa 715 Tannersvill Pa 18372 , I had to have my car towed to Mt Pocono not even 2 miles down the road ! On 6-22-19 at 10:30 that morning ! Murray is the towing company . My car is still at Ray Price Ford dealership . So far I am at 2500 dollars in repairs it's still at the shop , I had to rent a car from Entreprize . I live in Sandusky Ohio !

I pump gas at by Sunoco A-Plus gas station at 119 Merrimack St Methuen MA quite often. Today, I went inside to prepay pump with me credit card. Cashier guy must have misheard me, since he put in wrong pump #. I paid, went back to the car, waited to pump, and nothing. Went back inside, asked the same cashier guy to change to the right pump. Instead of fixing the minor issue and we went on with our day, but no, he spent the next 5 minutes trying to argue with me! I had a long day at work and didn't want to create a scene, mind you there was a line of people behind me, so after I finished the second transaction, I went on my way. It was very unnecessary and very poor customer service! I didn't even get to ask the guy what would happen to my first transaction and whether I'd get refunded. I figured I'll just call the bank and ask another day.

Sunoco gas station on 107 N Broadway Hicksville ...the new employee working there is always on phone..continues to talk even if customer is standing to pay for gas in cash...3 times aapne situation ...I left the 3rd time

I frequent an APlus/Sunoco 521 Monmouth Road Jackson NJ
Visited on 1/25/19 at approximately 12:30 am...gas purchase
Attendant was VERY RUDE-not courteous at all and REFUSED to give me my receipt, after I asked for it twice.
Called the manager at 9:45 am-he claimed he did not know WHO I was talking about...it seems he SHOULD have known automatically since there is NEVER a full staff in the middle of the night-sometimes, there is only one person covering gas and the inside store...I noticed another employee inside when I pulled off...
The manager sounded very young and inexperienced.
I know I'm only one person, but if you treat one like that, you treat all like that...I am paying for a service...all you do is take my card, open gas door, pump gas and close gas door...in this case told there was NO receipt???? ILLEGAL. You don't even get your windows cleaned anymore-it's not like I was asking for something unusual-the attendant was pissed off because I was concerned about him damaging my car, since the nozzle was placed UPSIDE down in the gas tank
HE COULD HAVE STOOD THERE AND HELD IT
I was the only customer-I will never go there again-someone who cares about service and where I spend my money would be more professional to me....,,,SAD
The state of the world is bad enough without someone like him

I Went To The Sunoco Station At 353 E Main Street Spencer Ma.
Pump 5. On Saturday December 8th.
I Pushed Regular Gas. There Was No Indication On The Pump As To What Type Of Gas I Was Recieving Until I Got My Receipt. I Received Premium Gas.
I Then Went In To Complain. I Was Told Tgey Would Check Out The Pump But I Would Not Receive A Refund. I Said Thats Not Good Customer Service And I Wont Be Back.
They Said Good.

Hello. I experienced a situation with a gas attendant at the nj gsp station that is at the rest stop near mile 123 that was unprofessional & unexpected. I would like to speak to someone to explain better what happened. The gas attendant was so rude & cursed at me so much for no reason that I took my phone out to record him. He immediately went into the store & I shortly after followed behind him. The manager was in the store & repeatedly told me that it was against the law to record them. I attempted to speak to her & she would not allow me to speak. She walked over to the front door & locked me in. She said that I was not allowed to move & she was going to call the police. I unlocked the door & walked out to my car. The gas attendant refused to pump my gas & the manager walked to my car & told me that I had to leave. She took down my plate number & said that the police were on the way. I told her that all of this was ridiculous & if anyone wanted to review the videos they would see that I did nothing wrong. I left without getting gas & had to move on to another station. I urge you to review the videos on 11/20 @ around 8pm to see that both the gas attendant & the manager were wrong. I especially believe that the manager should have allowed me the opportunity to tell her my side of the story instead of siding with the attendant. This was something that I would have not expected & totally disgusted by it.

On Tuesday Jan 2nd at 7:21 a.m. I ordered 10$ of gas at Sunoco station at 406 Dr 9 waretown nj attendant took credit card walked away I had to get out of my car to tell him pump was still running after 31$ sale spoke to 3 people at station would not refund my 21 dollars workers should at least speak some English.

I stopped for gas at a local station in new haven indiana and the price on the marquee is noticibly lower than the price at the pump. I did not notice until I pumped gas. This is aregular occurance there. I did take pictures and would be able to email them if you are interested.

The sunoco at broad and lehigh.hire only ingnorant middle eastern desendents who are allways mean to african americans.unfortunately they are the only race who supports that sunoco.something have to be done.The attendant gave me the finger and put me out the store.for trying to explain something to him.

3rd documented complaint. The A+ at rhawn and verree Philadelphia PA 19111. Has horrible customer service repeatedly I spent $50 every week just on gas but when I go in for my purchases and the total comes to 999 399 so on never do they have a penny they had me my dollar bills and change and don't say we don't have pennies so I have to complain then they get somebody then they have to open another drawer or go in their own pocket and give me a penny as if it's an issue. I pay my full amount ask for no discounts but repeatedly they do not have a penny this is a huge corporate company why does the manager who's there on the phone every time not have the drawers full of change for pennies. So now the manager gives me an attitude everytime I'm there. Kind of tall heavyweight Caucasian male with brown hair today September 22nd 7:30 p.m. the incident happened again.

Last night before going to work I went by the Sundco on s main st in high point NC. I went in to get a drink which wouldve been less than $2 with tax included, this older Indian man charged me $4 saying he's giving me a discount. I was upset and distracted so my mind was somewhere else and I didnt realize it at first So I handed him another $2 As I was walking out he calls me back but before I reached him he tells me "No,no,no nevermind" I kept walking towards him and see him put his hand down quickly on the counter I was able to see the corner section of money under his hand So i looked down and saw i dropped my money on the counter. So I proceeded to pick up my money from under his hand but he wouldnt let go. I literally had to rip it out of his hand because he wouldn't let go. All he kept doing was shaking his head no and tried pulling my $40 out of his hand. U finally got my money after almost shredding it in order to get it out of his grip. So he overcharged me for a drink then tried stealing my money. I left Then called over there after I calmed down so i could speak with the manager. He answered the phone saying he is the manager. So apparently the only way to address this matter is contacting sundco's corporate office. That really made me upset and I refuse to go to that gas station ever again!

i bought 2 packs of cigerettes and the foreign cashier rang them up, and i decided to pay with debit card and cash for the change and this cashier got very upset, began calling me names, being sarcastic and rude, i just walked out and back to my car and he actually followed me yelling and cursing me out and threatening me, i just yelled back at him in my car then drove off cause i did not want to get locked up over some ignorant foreign cashier.

Filled my car today 4/2/2017 at Sunoco on 643 Mantoloking Road, Brick NJ 08723 using my Sunoco card. My bill on the pump was $23.12. The attendant went inside the office and gave me a printed receipt which say $29.00. I asked the attendant about the discrepancy and he was very rude. When I asked to get the right receipt, he went back inside the office and gave me a hand written receipt which I think is unacceptable. He was still so rude so I decided to leave and not to escalate the situation.

Had a weird experience with my debit card at the Hamilton St location by Yoccos hotdog location in allentown. Said sale cancelled twice. Credit worked fine. Next day Wells Fargo fraud department contacts me about illegal charge attempt in Philly. Talked to owners not impressed with their response next day.

Customer service is a huge deal with businesses all across America. The main reason why I shop at stores is based on their customer service. I was driving home yesterday from a vacation and decided to stop at the Sunoco in Richmond Hill, Georgia for some gas and to use the restroom. After purchasing my gas I walked into the store to use the restroom. I looked around for the restroom and didn't see a sign. Thee was a gentalmen that was finished with his transaction so I asked the cashier where the restroom was. Her response got me fired instantly. " If one more person asks me where the restroom is, I swear to god!" Confused at her response. I commented back. You're really getting frustrated with me because I'm asking where the restroom is?! She started shaking her head with anger and was clearly upset and bothered that I would ask such a question. Now that I'm pissed off I don't want anything to do with her business. If you hate your job then find a new job! She's working at a busy location where plenty of customers get off the highway to gas up and take restroom breaks. Instead I left and will never return to that location again. I'll make sure I stop at a shell or another gas station for my purchases. Tried to call corporate but they're closed on Sunday's. Tried to call again today during business hours and their phones are having technical difficulties. Needless to say I won't be doing business with Sunoco again. Understandable that it's just one employee, why should I ban the whole company itself? The answer is I won't give money to a company who doesn't care about their bad attitudes of their employees. I cannot believe that the cashier had the nerve to act like that especially in front of a customer. She needs to be written up or fired. She obviously doesn't care about her job or the customers anyhow.

7434 Colerain Avenue that Sunoco has to be the worst service station I've ever been to. They open when they want to they close before they're supposed to they're not polite whatsoever I've seen him yell at people kick him out scream at them they never say thank you they are the rudest people I've ever seen and any time you want to go over there and you're supposed to be open the doors a lot I don't know if they're using the bathroom that much or what but they just open and close when they want to and they're really needs to be something done because unfortunately there the closest store to me and I have to walk another block to go to another convenience store because this one is so bad

Today I rushed to a nearby sunoco because I had 50 cents off on my price chopper account. This expires today 10-31-16. I had to leave money at the cash register to pre pay. When I went inside the attendant had already rung up my sale without my discount and said there was nothing he could do. I had already filled my vehicle and the 50 cents expires today. I wrote down how many gallons I paid for and how much. I'm hoping sunoco can refund me the required amount because this expires today.

I bought gas today in Ladson SC. Filled tank. $33.18 total. About 15 minutes later I noticed gas tank was half empty. Filled again in Asheville. $38.00.
Somehow I was charged for 16 gallons but got about 6 gallons.
How could this happen?
Please respond. Have reciept and whiteness in car.
