the worst customer tech service on the planet.i have waited 6 months for tech support to fix my issues, and nothing, they didnt even want to reimburse me for the losses in the game

I see a lot of negative reviews but I have dealth with customer service reps at Square Enix many times and they are always very nice and never have long hold times.

Square Enix is quite possibly the WORST at providing ANY ACTUAL customer support, not to mention all their crap reads @$$ backwards and is completely freaking useless! Their so called "Support" Website is possibly the BIGGEST joke I've ever seen and quite frankly they could do to learn the concept of customer relations.

30 Minutes and counting waiting for a CSR by the phone. Emailed them first but, after 24 hours, no one could bother to respond. This is absolutely pathetic.

I need the email of the company to contact them DIRECTLY! Can anyone give it to me?
This is the first time I see a company who develop video games and leading most of the online game but does not give the right support to contact them directly I can say that this website company is not a user friendly. I found a lot of complaints regarding this one. One thing I observe their own global site has worst website I ever seen in the IT and computer Software industry. How come they can't create good website but they can create video games? Can anyone explain it to me?

GM they go and give me a suppose to be 24susend been over 24hours now and still nothing yet can't call or get help cause got to wait till 9am their time amazing for pricks who can't work weekend they sure as hell can ban you on it all cause some troll tramp report you cause she doesn't like what she told yet many time I've reported this witch she still around harassing the community

I just contacted them about a problem with their profile creation, and the guy was being a real dick about it, he managed to fix the problem but he was really unpleasant and did a poor job of explaining why I was having the problem I had. Would not call again.

I was wondering if there was a way to disconnect FFXIV from one PlayStation to another. Because we have the game on one PlayStation but we cannot play it on the other one ??

Without a doubt the worst customer service I've ever experience. After waiting 20 minutes on the phone to speak to someone i finally gave up and tried live chat. After dealing with rude customer service I asked to speak with a supervisor. No matter what I said they would not let me speak to a supervisor. They eventually disconnected from the chat. Then i tried the phone. After approximately 46 minutes someone answered. After a bit of talking I asked to speak to a super visor. After some going back and forth they absolutely WOULD NOT let me talk to a supervisor. there was nothing I could say. I'm currently at 34 minutes trying again after the lady hung up on me for repeatedly asking to speak to a supervisor.

I'm a fan of the final fantasy series and i've been playing Final Fantasy XIII and i have to say. . . i just don't feel it.
Final Fantasy series used to be about management, immersion, story and content. . . now it feels like the game is playing itself and i'm just pressing a button or two.
You know, the great SquareSoft used to make wonderful RPG's, turn based RPG's and innovation was simply different ways to strategize and manage your characters, like final fantasy 9, it had combination magic, Final Fantasy 8 had Guardian Forces and Final fantasy 7 had Materia.
Then came Final Fantasy 12 and to me, you guys simply lost tact with what Final Fantasy really is.
I don't want a game that has pretty graphics and a shallow story i just can't follow, or a battle system that does everything for me.
I want the good old Final Fantasy i used to love and spend hours playing.
My advice to you guys at SquareEnix would be: Play the older series, see what went right and what went wrong, learn from SquareSoft and it's jewels, give us something that enthrail us, don't just had sparkles and over the top graphics. . . thats not what makes a game good.
I could go on forever but before you decide to go on and make another Final fantasy game, think about what it really is and what it really could be. . . just by being simple.

Hi, you have changed the payments in Final Fantasy 14 and so ... i live in Austria, so i cant pay the Game anymore.
First i have LSV, and now i only can take Creditcard and Crysta... but oh nooo... for Crysta i need a Creditcard too now...

Telll me please wath should i do.

I just had a GREAT experience with them through the live chat feature. Problem solved within 5 minutes. Though their "automated" system is horrible...

Good day!I've been trying to contact your support for awhile and i didn't find anything really helpful in the internet.I bought the new devastation dlc for call of duty ghosts and i'm having an issue since the new maps and the new gun is not in the game and when i try to check the in game store i always get an error message.My console is a ps3 and it's a japanese version of call of duty ghosts and also the dlc was purchased in the japanese store.Please i would really apreciate if you could help me in this matter.Thanks for your support.

Absolutely terrible, waited 3 hours in a chat queue for a lady to tell me to fill out a form which took 30 seconds, asked if she would wait a second for me to fill it out, she said "no" and disconnected. Phone waiting time is over an hour, this customer service is even worse than paypals, and that's saying something.

well I call this number and it cant be connected I have sent three emails no reply I have bough a physical copy costing me buck foe nothing the customer service is none existent I get sent round in circles and still nothing where is the accountability the shop wont even take the game back as its a online only game $125 down the drain all I can say is buyer beware of square enix never again shall I or my friends and family buy a game with that name on it and believe me we are big gamers not only ps3 ps 4 xbox 360 exbox 1 vitas abd ds consoles but computers aswel this sux

This is the worst customer support... SWTOR is a all around the clock customer support... so it doesnt matter what time you call for help... these guys took my account away because their protection of players accounts is crap... got banned for almost a year because some1 made a gold spammer on my account and it took me almost a whole year to get ahold of these guys to get them to realize i wasnt the one at fault.... -.- worst customer support EVER!
