We went to Red Lobster in Yuma Arizona 85364 on Tuesday 26 March 2024 for dinner. It took a while to get a waiter & when we did she was very apologetic & told us the were slow because of the lunch rush. This was at 5:00 Pm ? It went down hill from there. The only thing that was very good was the house salad. Everything else was salty and took forever to be brought out. The poor girl kept apologizing for the cooks & even took one of the steaks back because it was to salty to eat. When she brought out another steak it had a lot of pepper & could not be eaten. We paid our bill & left. $173.00 dollars & won't be going back.

I'm so very disappointed that not only was my order wrong but sisnt get all that was ordered. And this was a surprise for my wife I was gonna surprise her with an ultimate feast dinner for two. Only goal the sides. No lobster tail which I ordered two of. Didn't order any broccoli or rice. All I wanted was the ultimate feast. Did not receive. There is nobody to contact by phone and feel like I seriously got ripped off. Very disappointed. But no one cares anymore.

Went to the restaurant on the way home from a day at bush gardens passed two other locations as this one was on the way home and the closest one for us. After waiting approx 20-25 minutes we were seated at one table and the hostess came and said she meant to seat us at another ta ke which was ok so we moved. When we got there the waiter already had two smaller tables and one larger we were the next larger table. He repeatly looked over at out table and rolled his eyes ... the hostess told him numerous times he had another party to service. His reply was what table.. I finally went and had the hostess grab us some drinks and an order of biscuits as we were hungry. The waiter who should be demoted to dish personal at best still continued to ignore us... when the hostess finally came to get our drink order for the bar she came back about five to seven minutes later and needed to see id's... I was with my husband and father who we all look of age then she left again... after sitting at the table for approximately 30 minutes we decided to leave. This was the worst experience I have ever encountered out at a restaurant... as I was leaving I saw another waitress who immediately asked what was wrong she too was appalled... is this how red lobster wishes to treat guest? I can promise I will never ever visit again... this is disheartening and disappointing as we could have gone to three different locations but chose this one as it was e route to our home. This was the location in Chesapeake va at Portsmouth blvd,,, please retrain staff as they are loosing a lot of business and I had the chance to tell many if the hungry guest in the lobby not to stay because you will more than likely leave starving as much as when you walked through the door due to incompetence and lack of respect for hungry customers!,,,

Tonight my sister and I went to Red Lobster. Neither of us had been there for some time. Our waitress (Shannon) took our orders. When she came back with our orders I asked for more ketchup and a knife. She said sure. She then went to another table to see if they needed anything. When she came back to our table she brought the ketchup NO KNIFE. I asked again. She said okay and then went to check on another table. Then she went to the back-I thought she was getting the knife, but I was wrong. She then stood at the register for what seemed like forever. Finally I asked the gentleman who was bussing tables if he could get me a knife. When Shannon heard me ask-she announced that she had it right in her hand. My sister was almost finished with her fish. I left NO. TIP . I just want you to know that I am NOT CHEAP, quite the contrary. I usually tip between 25-30%. A tip is to insure proper service, I did not receive proper service. It will probably be a long time before I go back to your restaurant.

I was at red Lobster on 2/22/21. Just tried calling customer service number and because of pandemic office is closed. Very disappointing. While at the restaurant, I ordered mushroom appetizer, and steak/lobster w baked potato.

I asked for coleslaw, then switch it to Caesar which was terrible. Waitress said you do not have regular salad anymore with french. Very disappointing. My meal came to table first before my appetizer. I asked waitress did she forget and she said yes. Then she ordered my mushroom lobster appetizer and when it came to table, one of the mushrooms had plastic in it.

I asked to speak to manager, if he really was the manager because he said to me this why you called me over, I kind of looked at him like yes. He said he would take it off the bill. Ok, if I had of swallowed that plastic who knows what might have happened.

When check came, I gave waitress a 10 gift card. When bill came back she made sure 10 was taken off for appetizer but she didn't put the 10 gift card on bill. I had enough, I guess she stuck it in her pocket.

All of this should never happen to a guest. This is my favorite restaurant and it was so disappointing to have this experience.

1745 Old Fort Parkway, Murfreesboro, TN 37139 . Seaside Shrimp Trio
Was order when I got home I had received an order of a fish with scallops. Due to the mileage I did not return the meal.
Extremely disappointed..

To whom it may concern:My last visit to the establishment,was not a very pleasant experience. My food wasn't cooked up to quality. The server was rude. Overall,the visit,wasn't a good one.

Ordered online through uber eats.
A side I ordered and paid for is not here.
Sauces (which were noted twice) were not sent.
Tomatoes on salad despite requesting otherwise.
Incorrect amount of biscuits.
Called for a manager. Didn't answer for 5 minutes, hung up. Called again- didn't answer for 5 minutes. Called again, to go answered but said they'd be right back with the manager. I've been on hold for 14 minutes now. I'm incredibly frustrated.

Our experience at this location was less than stellar. The restaurant wasn't busy at all but we seemed to be forgotten by our waitress. When the food arrived she actually argued with my friend's mother repeatedly. When we asked for biscuits the waitress seemed put out and said she would have to check. Finally got them at the end of our meal. Waiting for drink refills took forever! The food was good but the service was horrible. Being a former restaurant manager, my suggestion is to retrain all your staff at the Pineville/Mathews location .

If you want to increase your revenue during Lobster fest, you should add Lobster bites fried with fries my grandchild saw you commercial and wanted Lobster when we got there all of the dishes were to pricey for a 10 year old. I would order it too.

I very disappointed in Red Lobster! I am here now at Red Lobster at the Monrovia Ca. Location. We were seated and nobody even Greeted us and we have been waiting 15 mins as the waitress and waiters walks by us. Everyone around us is eating and being helped and my 5 year old son is in tears because he's hungry. I finally approached a waiter and asked for the manager because this is unacceptable!!! At least we could get hi! Or have you been helped. After speaking to the manager she then took our order and they offered to pay for our meals. This will be my last time here. Unacceptable Red Lobster after all the money I've spent here🤬!

Forest park, ohio, worst experience ever, abt 4pm 2/21/2018.Tried to serve us 3 course meal all at one time, Manager saw no problem with this, then became rude, start bugging us, with no apologies, cuttings eyes at me, as she the old rude waitress, then kept interrupting me and my husband's conversation to repeat rude questions how is our meal over and over, then manager same , no apologies

Your restaurant in Naples Florida is a disaster. I happened to be in there a few nights ago Sunday night and it was packed with people waiting to get seated while there were many many tables and booths empty. In talking with staff I found out that the problem is not near enough help because of your very low wage. Obviously you are not able to compete This as you know is my season for Naples and the competition is very stiff. You are losing so much money and I hope you will consider at least hiring people at a fair wage with good training and incentves. I will not return
and in talking to some other waiting customers,neither will they.
1 more comment. I talked to some people that were eating at the bar having your Maine Lobster or should I say just your whole lobster as I'm not sure it's from Maine. At any rate they said it was terrible very tough and stringy and our meal was certainly nothing to write home about. I hate to be such a bearer of bad news but what you don't know you can't correct. I want to start by saying I am usually not only to complain about my service...I have worked in more restaurants than I can count so I know how Saturday nights can be.

My family took me out for my birthday last night & the host said our wait time would be 10-15 mins. After an hour of waiting, I approached the host desk again to ask for an updated time, & a different host replied with ââ?¬Å?10-15 minsââ?¬Â?....even though it had already been an hour. At this point I was furious because another party (with the same amount of people) got sat before us and my family and I had been there at least 45 minutes before them. The host explained that they got sat first because they made reservations...but when I had called to make a reservation earlier in the day, the person I spoke with on the phone said ââ?¬Å?sorry we donââ?¬â?¢t take reservations on the weekendsââ?¬Â? and then hung up on me.

We waited another 20 minutes to be sat and then my father asked to speak with a manager. After waiting for a manager for an additional 15-20mins we finally got sat at a 6 top table (when we had 9 people). The host had to put chairs at the ends of our booth.

The manager finally came to our table & admitted that she had not been out on the floor and was unaware our situation because she was in the back taking care of something else. In ALL of my years working in restaurants I have never worked anywhere that there is not ATLEAST 3 managers on a Saturday dinner shift. So that was no excuse.

After she told us this excuse, she said ââ?¬Å?let me go to the host stand and see what is going onââ?¬Â?.

The manager NEVER returned to our table to apologize, but rather just told the server to give us a free app.

The food correct, but took a very long time to arrive to the table and was cold.

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant and the worst birthday dinner of my life.

Today we ate at your Yuma store about 1PM,. I couldn't complete your survey because we weren't given a receipt. It was a bad meal. I had fish and chips which were fish sticks warmed in a microwave, my wife had coconut shrimp which were way over done, they were a chocolate brown color they were so overdone.

It was not a $35 meal, Long John Silvers would have been better and been 1/2 the price. Your fish and chips used to be battered and fried in house, not microwaved out of the freezer. It was our first trip to Red Lobster in a long time and our last.

I am disappointed and disgusted with the service received today. Online order placed 5:20pm time in line from the point of promised pickup 6:05. The line was to the door and the order was not complete until after 7:20. Check West 211st Matheson IL 54.20. I am requesting a response and compensation

Why would you at 8 p.m. at night make EVERYBODY wait 20 minutes when the restaurant is 50% empty
Very bad management and very disorganized.
Also we were just seated by IGNORANCE
I am obviously 6 ft 7 in tall and your hostess wants to seat me at a table that does not move and with long legs I cannot fit into this ridiculous old tables.
But the obvious is you do not train your people in customer service or anticipation of very tall very fat very short. The worst red lobstercwe gave ever tried to eat at. California is so much better service.

We (5 of us )visit the Red Lobster in Columbia Mo, on Jan 22nd. It was my 69th birthday. We had a very good waited but I was so disappointed in the food.I was looking forward so very much for Lobster, I guess I shouldn't of order the steak and lobster. The lobster was very dry. I have only had Lobster maybe 4 or 5 times in my 69 years, and it has always been very good, but this Lobster was not. Like I said, I was so disappointed because it was my birthday and I didn't enjoy my birthday dinner.

My husband and I went to your Wilkes-Barre PA restaurant and my crab legs were water logged.And my husband's dish was ice cold and tasteless we couldn't get our waitress to tell hey and we only seen her at the end when she gave us our bill.75$ down the drain. Very dissatisfied.

I have some serious concerns for the Red Lobster in Cary Nc in the Crossroads Plaza. The young girls working there are brow beat, ridiculed, belittled and treated very disrespected by all management. I would like to see management have classes or training on treating employees with respect, kindness and value. If a change does not happen I will pursue other means to see that this establishment will become a friendly not hostile work environment.

Hi I am a very loyal customer of red lobster I went a week ago with my family and kids . I ordered crab linguini and grilled shrimp. My pasta had a hair in it when I complained the waiter said oh sorry and then didn't even change the dish. We lost our appetite and left the restaurant it's so gross my grilled shrimp had another hair. I have never had this experience before I would like my refund

We love eating at Red Lobster near us on Gordon Highway Augusta Ga. The last few times we have eaten there the food was not good. Tonight , the salad was skimpy, nit fresh, the soup was skimpy, my husband got the shrimp trio, it was skimpy, didn't taste fresh. They weren't even 5hat busy and service was slow.

I went to the red lobster in Mishawaka had a fabulous service by a waitress named Audrey which I filled out the survey for her and mention that the only complaint I have is the drinks are too expensive even at bonefish they are larger and cheaper next time I will not order drinks !!!

My husband and I went to Red Lobster on our anniversary, September 27, 2017 and had the absolute worst experience ever. I ordered a meal with crab and could not even get a small fork to eat the crab with even after asking over 4 times. We had completely finished our entire meal, except for the crab which was cold by then. The manager truly did not care and this was on a Wednesday and they were not even busy. I emailed you about our experience. I can't believe no one has even take the time to respond to me at all. I even gave you the information from the receipt. I thought you all had a better reputation than this but I'm really disappointed in Red Lobster. You were always my favorite restaurant to go to, but I must admit, I haven't been back since and probably will never go back after the lack of concern I have received from you all. I guess I would rather spend a little bit more money knowing I will get better service at a different seafood restaurant. Obviously between the corporate office and the local management I cannot believe the "Oh. well" attitude.
