I was at red Lobster on 2/22/21. Just tried calling customer service number and because of pandemic office is closed. Very disappointing. While at the restaurant, I ordered mushroom appetizer, and steak/lobster w baked potato.

I asked for coleslaw, then switch it to Caesar which was terrible. Waitress said you do not have regular salad anymore with french. Very disappointing. My meal came to table first before my appetizer. I asked waitress did she forget and she said yes. Then she ordered my mushroom lobster appetizer and when it came to table, one of the mushrooms had plastic in it.

I asked to speak to manager, if he really was the manager because he said to me this why you called me over, I kind of looked at him like yes. He said he would take it off the bill. Ok, if I had of swallowed that plastic who knows what might have happened.

When check came, I gave waitress a 10 gift card. When bill came back she made sure 10 was taken off for appetizer but she didn't put the 10 gift card on bill. I had enough, I guess she stuck it in her pocket.

All of this should never happen to a guest. This is my favorite restaurant and it was so disappointing to have this experience.
