Terrible customer service. The worst I have ever seen in decades. Avoid buying anything from Pyle. Avoid their products.

I ordered a pyle amp paid foe it was shipped DHL and now they say they delivered it but I have been here all week and when I tried to find out what happed all I got was nope I do not have the time to see to it from both company's customer service I will not be treated in this way. I will reverse the charges and NEVER use either company's services again.
Ordered an A/C unit from SereneLife. There was a rebate in the box for $25. The card stated to register online to receive the rebate and a 1 year warranty. After registering, I emailed within the SereneLife website to ask how to get the rebate. Their answer: >>"Thank you for your recent SLACHT128 registration! To get your rebate we need you to send us a new image of your product review so we can confirm your purchase. NOW they're telling me that they ONLY issue through Paypal, which is a LIE since they said that's the best way -- not the ONLY way. WE DO NOT USE PAYPAL. They have ZERO customer service. I'm guessing they are all outsourced and not even in the US so why should they even care?? TERRIBLE BUSINESS ETHICS
I am not surprised to read the terrible reviews regarding Pyle products and their absolutely terrible customer service. I purchased a brand new wireless mic system. It did not function properly right out of the box. I contacted customer support. Provided by MarlonnJoson, I am sure, under the guidance of a Pyle supervisor. Mr Jonson was not familiar with the product even after I sent pictures of the packaging and product cartons. He once stated that I would be receiving a return authorization. The next email stated that I would be paying for shipment for product repair and warranty. This is a defective unit. Either replace it or refund my money. This is a brief review of the worst product and customer service I have ever experienced. I have been a musician a long time. At one time, Pyle was respected. Not any more.
Good luck with Pyle. They USED TO BE a decent company, but now their Tech Support really sucks. It is incredibly difficult to understand due to a thick accent and when you can figure it out all that he does is argue with you. I have a couple of devices that they never could/would get to work stocked up in my useless crap hoarder's pile (pun intended). I had to just quit buying their stuff even when the price was right.
Received a PDA6BU. Trying several input sources plus the FM receiver, no sound. Checked the speakers and input all worked independently but not the receiver. I sent a e-mail to support, no reply yet. From comments it also appears they charge for support and If that's the case, back it goes. Will follow up to give Pyle a fair chance to reply
I have not been able to reach anyone for about a month regarding the defective receiver that I was told to send back for replacement or repair. Kenny is the person I contacted and he has been e mailed several times that I would like an update on my case. thank you for reading this and I hope you can help me .
The Item I received from Pyle was damaged and they refused to replace it so I called Amazon and they refunded my money, but anything that has a Pyle name on it I will never buy again because most of their stuff is made overseas and are JUNK! I am trying to get them Banned from selling on Amazon because they just rip people off. THEY CHARGE TO TALK TO CUSTOMER SERVICE! Can you believe that?
