I am not surprised to read the terrible reviews regarding Pyle products and their absolutely terrible customer service. I purchased a brand new wireless mic system. It did not function properly right out of the box. I contacted customer support. Provided by MarlonnJoson, I am sure, under the guidance of a Pyle supervisor. Mr Jonson was not familiar with the product even after I sent pictures of the packaging and product cartons. He once stated that I would be receiving a return authorization. The next email stated that I would be paying for shipment for product repair and warranty. This is a defective unit. Either replace it or refund my money. This is a brief review of the worst product and customer service I have ever experienced. I have been a musician a long time. At one time, Pyle was respected. Not any more.
