Tried to contact help through Ifit and have been waiting now18 min for someone to respond

12/27/22 Submitted a request for a defective part on my Cycle Trainer 400 Ri. They said they'd respond in 7 - 10 days. 2.5 weeks later no additional response. Their chat system is the worst I've ever experienced, worthless! Can't get anyone on the phone, horrible customer service... I guess I'll take it back to Sam's club and request a refund. BE WARNED. IF YOU PURCHASE A PRODUCT FROM PROFORM DON'T EXPECT ANY HELP OR SUPPORT...

I purchased excercise bicycle from Proform November 2022. It was delivered missing parts. I have made numerous attempts to rectify the situation. I was on hold for 4 hours (wanted to see how long it would take to respond to a call so left the phone next to me while I worked - I finally hung up disgusted). Here it is January 2023 and I still do not have the part. One attempt to get someone to help me on a chat, I was told that it may be another 6 weeks. I will never purchase from proform again. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I would rate them a 0 ... they do not even deserve a 1.

I recently purchased the ProForm 2000 treadmill, and some screws in the hardware kit are incorrect. After waiting an hour, customer service quickly put me on hold and never returned.
The next day, after waiting several hours, I was told I had no warranty. I sent them my receipt of the recent purchase, and they said they would call me back when they verified my warranty- they never did. I called again, and after waiting several hours I was told I would have to pay someone $160 to come out and resolve the issue. She admitted she would be angry if someone told her that. Then I researched reviews and discovered on TrustPilot 75% of respondents gave 1 of 5 rating, and the stories are horrific. A proform forum https://www.corporateofficeowl.com/ProForm/Corporate%20Office has similar horror stories, as does this review page. Verdict is in- their CS sucks.

I purchased a 400i July 1 and I did not receive any update on delivery so I called and a very rude rep said I should have never been sold the product they are out of stock. I asked why someone did not call to let me know, he said I might have to wait another 4-5 weeks for my purchase that they debited my account on July 1st. The rep also said I can call my bank and cancel if I want. I asked to speak to a manager he said I must wait 24 hours and they might call at there convince. This is one of the WORST Customer Experience and Service I have ever received

I received a brand new proform 400i on Friday the delivery guys came in unboxed it and never got it running at all. I have done everything the manual says to do and it will not run. This is ridiculous!!! I paid 289.00 for setup and for them to get it running. I have called several times for Service and no help I want someone to call me back. The total bill for this treadmill is 1000.00.

I purchased the ProForm ICON Upright Exercise Bike and am very disappointed. From the beginning there was a forceful knocking from the left pedal and I believe the screw pedal or crank shaft was stripped. It was only weeks old when, during use, the pedal completely collapsed and fell off the bike. The pedal is unable to be reattached, and by design, a complicated, time consuming and expensive solution will be required before the bike has a chance of being operable again. More specifically, the bike will need to be disassembled and the interior wheel mechanism, the Crank/Pulley, along with the Pedal and related parts, will need to be purchased and replaced. Again, with such minimal use, I believe this problem represents either a design/engineering problem, or the use of substandard parts and materials. ProForm Icon representatives have been unhelpful, even indifferent, when I expressed consumer safety concerns regarding an injury caused by the separation of the pedal from the metal crank shaft. Note: ICON has an "F" rating with a consumer business rating agency - wish I would have inquired before and purchased a better product from a more reputable company.

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced from a company. I ordered the equipment on 11/29 and still have not received order, don't know status of order and in the 6 calls I have attempted I have been placed on line 30 minutes each time and no one answers. I am sorry I purchased this equipment.

I need a schematic diagram and a parts list for the Accusmart Fitness Monitor on the Pro-Form Crosswalk, Model PF705024. Where can I get these, if they are still available?

ProForm has dropped the ball in service and consumers now know that trying to get ahold of a representative is next to impossible. The are well below average with digital tech as well and social media interaction and just plain old service!

THE CONSUMER ADVOCATES RATE THEM AS A 1. (One) out of 10 compared to their competitors in a recent survey conducted by 2588 consumers in 2015. Just call their # and you will experience the horrific service yourself.then press 2 3 4 etc the only time you will get right through is if you press sales when they take your money.

Two thumbs down from The Consumer Advocate Group 2015
