I have been trying to contact a live Pfaff representative regarding my Creative Sensation embroidery machine's monitor "flickering". Had it repaired three different times by three different Pfaff technicians. Each time I've tried reaching Pfaff company for help. Recordings!! No Response!!
Have been trying to install Creative 2134 on a windows 7 64 bit laptop. Previously worked fine on windows XP. Complete installation and downloads still get the Dongle not supported nor is the file reader for transfer to sewing machine. feel this is not good enough as we paid good money not so long ago but apparently getting no support. keep getting told 'we do not support this version'. We have contacted the supplier and he does not really know and also contacted US support but heard nothing. Anyone out there who can help would appreciate it. Many Thanks
Hello: I recently was given a PFAFF Hobby 1016 by and elderly friend. She longer has the user's manual and recall the directions.
I found on line many ways to copy these directions but Malwares will not allow me to copy them. Is there ANY way you can send me a manual? I would be happy to pay for it.
