I cannot believe the absolute insult this system is from a so called professional company. It seems if I do not want to buy something or pay my bill they don't care Read " give a f..k". The button pressing routine and speech option are a complete joke. I have been awake all night thanks to the internet boxes on my wall beeping every 15 minutes or so and it looks like I will be in the same boat tonight.
I am so sorry I changed to Optus. Capitalism personified.

Seriously? Does anyone actually work in the optus customer service department? Ive literally been on the line for 45 minutes and still no one has picked up to take my call. 24/7? Yeah right! Whats the point in having this number to call if you are all asleep over there. Wake up optus and answer the phone to your PAYING customers!!!!

I have had nothing but messages and delay time to hang on mobile phones lousy service Optus needs to lift their service or they will be losing a lot of customers
