I have found that your company Nexon America, INC. withdrew $99.99 on 09/05/2020 two times for a grand total of $199.98. I did not place an order thru your company. Yet you took money from my Debit account. Please return money ASAP.

I've never heard of this company until my account was completely cleaned out!
I've called,e-mailed,everything with no response whatsoever! Please put all MY money back into my account!

I am Shippuu, from Vindictus in the NA region. For five years, I used to manage one of a whole two Fan Sites for Vindictus. The company itself can't give a crap less about the community, so the only help the community gets is from itself. This isn't enough for Nexon though, not by a long shot.
Nexon has repeatedly banned us and accused us of cheating when we were not. Their anticheat BlackCipher is extremely invasive and extremely flawed. If it says you cheated and permanently bans you, then Nexon WILL NOT remove your ban, period. Nexon refuses to give a single glance toward helping players affected by this, even when it affects some of the most community-oriented players in all of Vindictus.
As a result, Nexon has successfully driven every Vindictus Fan Site to shut down, and I cannot honestly recommend anyone should ever play any Nexon game, after the experience I have had with Vindictus. They make it clear at every possible opportunity, that the only aspect about you that matters is how much NX you are willing to buy, and how regularly you will do it.

Hey nexon I was banned 4 years ago on my alnofer account and I didn't do anything out the ordinary. I spent like 300 dollars on combat arms. I really enjoy playing that game and I want to know is it anyway I could get my account back and enjoy the times I had with nexon for the game combat arms. I am temporarily attending the Georgia state university and I remembered how fun this game was when I was a kid. I would love to keep playing with you guys.

Well i have a account problem and they are asking for proof its me and i gave them more then 5 ways to contact me. Only i know them so of course its me. So as of now all 300 dollars worth of cards i have right now as proof i spent money on the game. Looks like they are just trying to steal my money and not provide a service they are obligated to give. and if you are mad or want to really help me my email so if you guys aren't low lifes trying to steal my money i guess i will be contacted today
