There is not such thing as "customer service" with Net 10. I was charged 4 times in 2 weeks this summer. I am still trying to get it straightened out. They can barely speak English, they don't know how to credit your account. I was even given confirmation numbers of the "so-called" credit they gave me. If you try taking care of this on the phone it takes one or two hours. I am ready to quit them, but I still have time paid for. They are horrible.
