There is not such thing as "customer service" with Net 10. I was charged 4 times in 2 weeks this summer. I am still trying to get it straightened out. They can barely speak English, they don't know how to credit your account. I was even given confirmation numbers of the "so-called" credit they gave me. If you try taking care of this on the phone it takes one or two hours. I am ready to quit them, but I still have time paid for. They are horrible.

our old cell phone company went out of business and the store that we frequented also sold Net 10. We also got a text from Net 10 saying "We got you covered." So we switched and got your monthly plan. Turns out you didn't have us covered for 7 months out of the year when there are 31 days in a month. We tried to resolve this by calling you and talking to a representative but apparently your company doesn't know about the months that have the 31 days. I am on a fixed income with a government who does know about those months and will not pay early so I can cover my cell phone bill. Also I don't have enough money to pay 2 months of phone service in 1 month. By your definition of a month, I will be out of phone service for 3 days in 6 months till I get paid and can pay you. So we switched again to another cell phone co. But we couldn't switch all our phones on the first of the month due to that shortage of money I mentioned earlier. So we waited to switch 1 of them for 3 days when we would have the money. I the mean time the service on that 1 phone ran out and so we could not transfer and keep the number with our new service unless we got the number reactivated so we could transfer. But hey, no problem, all we had to do was shell out $35.00 to you just so we could use our old number. As you can see, we had such a wonderful experience with your company. We can't wait to tell everyone about how happy we are. By the way, Cellcom is more than happy to meet our needs.

i think net 10 sucks for the way they take care of their customers..i stopped auto withdraw and yet you take my money and will not refund it back to me...I just threw 54.98 down the toilet for service I didn't want anymore..your employees are not that nice to the customer you took money from..not happy at all with this company..

I do not know how this company stays in business. worst, complete idiots I have ever dealt with. Common sense is not in their vocabulary, obviously corporate could give a CRAP because everyone has the same compl,aint and nothing is done to resolve their ignorance and CRAPPY Customer service. How are they not out of business. I plan to take my experience along with all these other to the channel 2 news. They will eat this up and will show the entire nation what crooks these people are. This will be seen by mant and maybe they will get shut down, go out of business or fix their INCOMPETENCE. I doubt they fix it, they are clueless and feel they are providing great service. Guess what you money grubbin thieves, if you can't sell your service due to bad reviews and nationwide coverage, you wont stay open much longer. You have no business being in business. Send your foreign customer service reps back to their country, because they are ignorant as AS YOU CAN GET, and you are for hiring such people. I have not seen a good review yet on net 10. I will take this all the way. I hate being taken advantage of and I cant stand stupid ignorant people.

Poor service. Can't remember that I am on auto pay each month! Shut down phone 4X --had to reapply each time. Last time they claimed it was do to getting a new phone.! I had called and made sure they still had me on auto deduct from my bank account!! Yes, Yes was the reply, Still shut down. Wish I had money to ditch and start with someone else. I asked for head office phone number. They gave me a number that went right back to first one I had! Asked again and they said could only give email address??

Ditto to all the other frustrated customers of net10 aka Tracfone!! They have GOT to have the worst cellphone customer service I have EVER dealt with!!

Why should I spend a WHOLE DAY (yes, a whole day) calling and re-calling, going through myriads of customer service reps just to transfer a number from one NET10 phone to the next?!
Every time I called, a rep told me something different. Most couldn't even understand my problem. And ALL just read from a script when they couldn't help me. I also think hanging up on customers is an ACTUAL policy at this garbage company because it happened to me so many times! The final solution is ALWAYS to send you out a new SIM card!

Why am I even using this garbage company? Because my dad is 89 yrs old and doesn't want a complicated phone and simple service. Well after throwing away 2 phones because they would NOT work in his house -seriously?-(thank God I got them on sale at the $1 store for $5 and $9), I just got him a basic Verizon phone, put him on my plan. Problem solved.

Net10 epitomizes the saying: "You get what you pay for."
TracFone (net10 parent) has the government contract for providing free phones to senior citizens and lower income households. Because of that I don't think they even CARE about customer service. I wonder when that contract ends??????.....probably when we see TracFone/net 10 go out of business because seriously, if the government wasn't paying for the service why would Anyone stay?!

I have been calling the costumer service number for over an hour and all im getting after they tell me my number is inactive or not correct is a buzzing sound ...! its not even letting me have the option to do anyting ... I just wanna add my airtime

Net 10 company is a complete ripoff. I have upgraded to the 3.5GB of data. When i reached 3.3GB they automatically drop my data to 2G speed. I called and ask why and no one could explain why. So please DO NOT USE NET 10 services as an alternate way to save money on monthly phone services. Stick to H20 trust me.

My phone will not call my home ground line number. Get a busy signal. Called Net 10 & they had me input a bunch of some numbers. Then told me problem was on the land carrier end. Called the land carrier. They sent a repair person out and they found nothing said it must be Net 10. Then all at once it started working. Bought a different Net 10 to update minutes and it stopped allowing the call to my home number. I need to call my land number. Been a Net 10 customer for at least 5 or 6 years. Won't to keep it, but very displeased with all this.

Don't download or game or watch videos, basically don't use the internet. Your internet speeds are limited. It don't take much to use your data usage allowed. Unless you have the time to wait for downloading. It slows down worse than dial up service. Net 10 sucks a waste of money. Go with another phone service is my advice.

This is the second month in a row you people disconnected my phone after i paid my bill. Real convenient how you cant reach customer service once you have disconnected the phone. Net10 is the sorriest phone company i have ever been with. Last month when you disconnected my phone you changed the number i had for over 10 years and it took me hours on the phone to correct. This time sense you idiots didn't apply my payment i can't even reach you all to fix it cause i don't have the air time i purchased. This will be the last month i will be with net10 and I will inform any and everyone i know how your stinking rotten company is. Seems to be common practice for wireless companies to screw people in any way they can.

So far Net 10 has been an acceptable alternative to contract phones. I like that I can bring my iPhone ( not interested in using Android ) and I find with my wifi access, I'm able to use the lower data package for app usage away ( map reading, or internet based apps ) with little problem. It's not the best, some apps don't work well ( GasBuddy for example ) on the reduced data speed. One other downside, which I'm willling to live with at this point is that MMS is not a functioning feature. I've done a fair amount of research and it appears it may be an AT&T issue. Net 10 says it should work (without guaranteeing it), Apple says it may be proprietary to AT&T since it was originally their phone.

Recently, I lost complete service for some unknown reason and it was a process getting to the bottom of it. Frankly, not sure that we did anything to fix it. I was convinced I needed to update the software first and was on my way to a faster wifi to do that when the service came back on on it's own. In the mean time, we (tech support and myself) erased the APN settings, therefore even though I had service again, I was still unable to use data. I knew that I needed to re-install the APN settings but the Net 10 website was misleading. After reaching them again and getting the proper website, I was able to install the APN profile and it's working fine again.

All in all, I found the 5 representatives I spoke to ( 2 dropped calls that was my fault ) genuinely interested in helping me. After the 3rd person lead me through the exact same step process, I realized they have to follow a screen script which was annoying. The Indian accent was sometimes a little difficult to understand, but not any worse than some of our own domestic accents when you are not accustom to it. Their specific knowledge was very limited, they are reading from a screen. For example, after telling one individual that I had no service, his question to me repeatedly was " how many bars shows on your phone". As you can tell, I am detailed and he didn't know how to process the information I was giving him, he had to stay on script and couldn't think outside that. Again, he was genuinely interested in being polite, and getting my issue resolved, just didn't have the knowledge and experience to know how to navigate without going through their process.

This is the worst experience of my life i have had your company since 01/15/2014 a I am happy to be leaving the first few months were going great even with internet issues. Today on 04/28/2014 i called to have my phone switch back to the original sim and phone I was using prior to switching i am having a conversation with your employee Shacana 531032 who clearly is making the issue worse. The fact she does not understand english is beyond me I WANT My money back I know longer want to be with your company as she is not even trying to correct the problem and took 15 minutes to explain that there is an language barrier and she does not understand the problem Dont provide American customer with service if not able to assist.

If Net10's customer service reps actually spoke American or British English it would be a HUGE step forward. But they don't. The call centers are in India, Pakistan, the Philippines or some other 3rd world country and the representatives simply cannot understand my Southern American accent. And I sure as hell can't understand them! I dread having to call them as they are utterly, hopelessly useless. Because they are IMPOSSIBLE to communicate with and furthermore, their reps are obnoxiously stupidly hostile and condescending in the way that only a person from South Asia can be. I'd have better luck calling a plumber to help me with my phone. At least he would be a native English speaker with whom I could communicate!
