Ima net10 customer for like twenty years. Net10 forced a new phone on me, it wouldn't work. I spent about two hours a day, for five days trying to communicate with people in Myanmar (who don't speak english), to get my phone to work.
I had given up, but then a nice person from the National Security Agency came on the line and got it all straightened out.

I cannot get a live english speaking technician to resolve my issue, i want to cancle my contract with NET 10 is there any live people at your company? I can't use my net 10 phone, it will not register on any network in central Iowa. Will not make or receive any phon calls.

Spent nearly 2 hours with tech support through 'chat' finally told needed new SIM card. Transferred to someone (Mark) who said couldn't take payment from me, but told me card was $.99, shipping no charge and delivery 2-3 days and advised to 'click' on site listed. Site wanted provider name, but wouldn't accept Net 10 as provider name. Regular site charges $.99 for card, but charges for delivery and date of Dec 28 (2 weeks!) Needless to say not happy with waste of time an still no SIM card ordered.

I have 2 net10 phones as of today I can not call out all I get is a busy signal an that's all they get when someone tries to call me can't call net10 have no phone! Help

Trying to reactivate my landline phone and can't talk to anyone on their customer service line. I get sent to different menus and none have the option that I need.

I put minutes on my phone on Friday April 13 2019 and my phone stopped working won't hold a charge and they will not give me my refund back so I am without a phone now and no refund

NET 10 this service sucks! I just got my refill on the third and you cut down my high speed already. This is the 3rd phone I've had to buy in a year, everytime I lose service days. I just lost over a week if service waiting on NET 10 to turn my phone on. Make this right or next month I'll be with another provider. I've been with NET 10 a long time and I'm tired of getting screwed.

I recently(thought) I was purchasing a family plan for$90.00 ,that's 2lines. However, when I saw my bill I was charged twice. Representative Judy employee number. She was rude and of no help. Someone please contact me in hopes to resolve this price. I was told I'm not on a family plan and she offered no help in crediting my account.

I bought a new net 10 phone 3 weeks ago and add a 50 dollar phone card and the high speed only lasted a week I am so disappointed with the service I'm thinking about doing away with this phone

when i call a number that has caller id,my number comes up associated with the name yolanda garcia or something similar
well ive had this account for at least 10 years and my name has been rocky pegram longer than that.could u please change it correct to say my name?hell i dont even speak spanish

i have had my service interrupted, and can figure out how to get it reinstated. I previously gave you my new credit card information,but, apparently you did not acknowledge it. It is hard to avoid profanity at this point. You probably wouldnt understand it. I have two phone numbers with you: iPhone. I was about to add another number to my account. At this point, due to your ridiculous process of letting me re-activate, I am hoping I can sue you, or at least let it be known how bad you are on my radio show.

The disconnect my phone 24hr ago I called to check what's the problem the sayed that my SIM CARD expired , never here'd aboat something like that , every time that I called I need to wait more then 1hr the worste service I ever had ......

This is the worse help customer service i ever got i been hold for 2hours and 45 mins so i can get help to port a number and i still havent got help i will never recommend net 10 to nobody it not good phone sevices really really really bad customer serviceo

Been with net 10 three years four phns been having trouble with service n internet for months. Was told gonna be compensated thirty day service for the problems. Gave me ticket number told call bk today. I did this n was told they cldnt find any notes n wld not be compensated. They don't value there customers. After this won't recommend them to anyone.

I am very disappointed with your service, or should I say the lack of it.
I received no personal help what so ever, it is almost impossible to get it with your service Im in need to make an urgent long distance phone call but cannot even with your codes to make them unless there is important instructions missing in your instructions! dial 404 6984700 country code city code number or 011 country code city code number I tried several times error 35 and error 55 I don't have a clue what that means??? I'm thinking a different phone companie like yesterday! A recoring of a woman sounds english I cannot decifer a thing she is saying!

I been a net 10 customer for many years. Got a free phone 4
years ago.l buy minutes every month, this time the store didn't have the 50.00 card so I got the 45.00one it would not work on my phone, then brought the 30 one this did not work either. They tell me because I have a smart phone doesn't say that on cards so now not net 10 or the store will give me credit. I'm out82.80 this is bull. Not happy at all. Sure will be changing my phone carrier.

Need 1000 minutes added to my phone but the person I spoke to is incompetent and cannot speak or understand simple English. I wanted the minutes added today but of course this hasn't happened and I am out of MINUTES. CAN YOU READ THIS????
