When dialing this number one of two things will happen:
1. A prerecorded message will indicate this is a NON working number.
2. A CONSTANT busy signal.

Neither one is of any use.

Magnavox has no customer service. Bought a defected heater from Ollies.No way possible to contact them. Never buy a Magnavox product.

What if Roku never sends the activation code? I've been stuck entering my email address and Roku can't seem to reach me by email. I've thoroughly checked my Gmail spam folders and there is still nothing there. What should I do?

Worst customer service.
Was on hold for 1o minutes & abruptly disconnected called back and it happened again.
Customer service is as BAD as there products. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THERE PRODUCTS.

I HAVE RECEIVED A TOTAL LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND MAGNAVOX PRODUCTS NOR DEPEND ON THE SUPPORT OF CRAIG ELECTRONICS! On March 23, 2019 I purchased Magnavox MBH539 Shuffle Wireless earphones with Bluetooth. By April 5 they stopped working and would not hold the charge. As instructed, on April 10, I sent them with copy of receipt to Craig Electronics/Magnavox Support Team in Miami, Fl. for repair or replacement. I was told the warranty process takes 4 weeks. Hearing nothing after 7 weeks, I contacted Craig Electronics. John emailed that they were shipping them out that day & to see the attached FEDEX tracking #. Except that there was nothing attached. So another email was needed to get that number. On June 2, I received the sealed FEDEX box with a sealed replacement package of the same earbuds. Except that this package was empty. There was nothing in the Magnavox packaging; nothing in the FEDEX box; the outer box was completely sealed. Confounded with this unbelievable GHOSTLY experience, I contacted John at Craig Electronics - wondering if this was a joke! And I simply requested a refund for the product I purchased in good faith. John emailed that his boss opened an investigation on this case. On 7/4, I questioned where we were in this process. And I have not heard a word since. SO - DO NOT PURCHASE MAGNAVOX PRODUCTS! DO NOT RELY UPON CRAIG ELECTRONICS FOR SUPPORT OR REPAIR OF ANY SORT.

Recently purchased your "Magnavox 360 Motorized & Amplified Rotating Antenna". 1st. complaint is that no where does the instructions or the packing box tell you what the mile range is on this antenna. I had to call QFX, Inc.to find out it is only 46 mi. 2nd. complaint, and the best one....we could not get the antenna to rotate, so I asked QFX what I was doing wrong. I was then informed that I needed to hook up the converter box. WHERE in your instructions does it tell me,the consumer, that I also need to purchase a converter box to make the antenna rotate..NO WHERE, THAT'S WHERE. Never again will I ever purchase anything made by Magnavox. And I'm returning this worthless, without a converter box, antenna.

hello I have a 55 inch magavox smart tv an there is 2 apps on it 1 is Pandora other is vudu movies an tv shows that don't load vudu says net error Pandora says not for my country how do I fix this

I am trying to install a new Magnavox Smart TV and on the Software Update section, I got a fail status with the comment to contact support. However, when I try to call, I get a recording.



This is terrible customer service. Please Call me immediately.

We purchased two 32' TVs a couple years ago and both within weeks of one other went black with just a red light flashing. I would have thought if it was only one TV then it was a fluke but both at the same time? We bought them both from Target same day same time. Spent too much money to have to deal with this

Not To Smart !!! I Purchased A Magnavox Dehumidifier Model D-40es And It's Very Special !!! I Was Told To Raise The Front Of The Unit So It Will Drain Properly, Just Stick A Stick Under The Front !!! Then When Ec Light Appears And It Stops Working You Have To Unplug The Cord And Wait A Day Or So And Then Replug The Unit Back In, Then In A Day Or Two Do It Again, I Told You It's A Very Special Dehumidifier , Where Is The Smart In Magnavox ??? Magnovox Please Do A Recall On This Defective Units ,!!!

They have no customer service. From their website. Click contacts and it goes to 3rd party advertising. You can spend 15$ for a technician to IM you.

I am trying to play a VCR tape; it plays for a few seconds, then turns off the entire unit and ejects the tape. What do I need to do to fix this problem?

purchased TV from Targate Magnovox within the first year we had to send back to get repaired
for 70.00 second year its gone out once again. Magnavox your products suck. know i am stuck with a 2 year old TV that doestnt work ... i will never
purchase any thing from Magnavox ....

Called numerous times regarding purchase of Magnavox DVD Recorder MDR533H7. Although fixes were offered nothing worked. Device is 40 days old. When I requested a replacement unit, customer service offered only a refurbished unit in 4 wks. Warranty says 90 days for free labor parts or replacement. I believe 4 wks is too long for resolution of problem and I was not willing to accept a refurbished unit for the new one that is less than 2 months old. I am very dissatisfied with Magnavox. I have purchased 3 units from them in the last 5 yrs. They all failed. I will never buy Magnavox again. Thankfully, Amazon helped us out on this purchase. I am grateful for Amazons help and understanding.
